When you install it go to the workshop tab in the main menu. It's should be there with all the other maps.

My only request would be to add the strip club music, I made one in .ogg format. If you want to use it. It is the stripclub music from GTA merged into one long song. Add me as a friend and I can send you a link.

It doesn't replace anything. It adds a map to the workshop launcher ingame.
