The game its realy good if you happen how to manage good Tropico but the problem its when i go to build the 3 ports i cant and then not happen any other mision. If you want to view how can i get min 50% of happines and get a normal economy see my profile but the problem its that the mission crashed

I have a different problem. I seem to have a bug. Even when i agree with the proposed trade contract in the story, i still do not have access to any trade options. Instead the purchase liscense tab is stuck there. When i click the purchase trade liscense tab both before and after the story's trade deal, nothing happens. Also just as a matter of organization you may want to create a seperate bug reports thread, on this discussion page. Just a suggestion.

Cotorra Bella, thanks for a nice scenerio. I am stuck at the point where I am told to build 3 docks. I am unable to build them, since they are still under the ministry.

The scenario is unbeatable. Whenever I get to the house building and church quests I always run out of money no matter what I did before and can't ever get back in the green.
Alundria 7 Oct, 2015 @ 11:55am
Dear @Cotorra Bella, i know that this is "unfinished". But at least you should make it playable somehow. I created a a few Hours this night a very beautiful and Rich , Religious ans pacifistic Island bevore i realised that "unfinished" means that this szenario is stucking somewhen ^^

Last attemt went a lot better but now I fell to an uprising and rebel attack combined. I also noticed that waterborne and espionage buildings can still be build. I think that isn't intended. You should look at the conditions on which the player loses the game and whether the player has enough influence on those mechanics. Maybe an uprising or rebel coup shouldnt mean the player loses but it would mean a new el presendente who has to be influenced and bought all over again. (I have no idea if such a thing is possible, but hey, just sharing some thoughts.) Good luck updating!
Cotorra  [author] 4 Sep, 2015 @ 4:29am
@MarSn , aye! should we call it "lobbying"?
Cotorra  [author] 4 Sep, 2015 @ 4:29am
@The_Draken Thank you for your amazing review!! It was as if I were there in the game hehehe, glad you enjoyed the tensions brought by this challenge! Thanks to the wonders of the new update, now the missions do not repeat and I can continue the work- I will update very soon!
The_Draken 2 Sep, 2015 @ 3:50am
I really like the concept! My game ended when rebels destroyed the palace while i still needed to build houses and churches. The muskets of the palace guard where no match for three rebel squads with machine guns. I think the moral was still low from the coup, rebel atack and tornado of a few months before (which we survived miraciously.) Starvation of the people didnt help much either I think. Maybe for the scenario it would be an idea to turn off protests, missions (from expansions) and elections in the early game. After all, what can a humble survant of the president do without any power? Love your work and I'm looking forward to an update! :)
MarSn  [author] 1 Sep, 2015 @ 4:00pm
warlord I have found that bribing people works wonders when you have no other options.
Cotorra  [author] 1 Sep, 2015 @ 3:42pm
The scenario is not finished and I haven't gotten time to continue it because of education :9 But good news is: NO MORE DOUBLE-QUESTING BUGS!!!!!
warlordc903 1 Sep, 2015 @ 7:07am
I've played the scenario 10 times now and I keep getting stuck at 50% approval and I get an uprising that my army can't protect me against. I noticed that switching to a theocracy and a militia helped keep the rebels at bay, but they tend to go after the plantations, knocking out two before going back into the woods. I've gotten as far as building 3 rum distilleries but after that I've hit a wall in trying to get farther. Are their other objectives after the rum one that unlocks further buildings? More military and happiness related buildings would make a world of difference in completing the mission.
Cotorra  [author] 27 Aug, 2015 @ 4:23pm
Yay! Congratulations to the champion @MarSn, I have been waiting for this moment! You will receive a surprise directly from el presidente himself!
MarSn  [author] 27 Aug, 2015 @ 4:10pm
I have managed to create a working economy by pausing the game and destorying most of the buildings that don't work anyway (taverns, the mission, one of the docks, a couple of the guard posts, newspaper, etc). I usually keep the three teamsters offices (you will have MANY plantations so you need all of them to collect all your harvests) and two construction offices, later destroying one of the construction offices once I have maxed out the visible land with plantations (spend up all of your starting cash building plantations everywhere). Very early on I send a troop from the palace to explore the region between the town and the mansion to build more plantations. You will have negative income until the plantations come online but eventually you begin to turn a profit and you can complete the tasks, explore and build more plantions. I keep the fort and guard towers near it because people like to revolt when you can't provide for their needs.
Ardith Prime 25 Aug, 2015 @ 4:32pm
I tried playing this, and other than double questing, one glarign bug is massivei ncome loss. by the time i'd built the 3 plantations, thoughi opted for 5. i was at -5,000 and the income just continued to drop and drop till i was at -$25,000 and quit out.

this mod needs some sort of stable economy for it to work!
Curufinwe 23 Aug, 2015 @ 12:56pm
thanks! so friend each other?
Cotorra  [author] 23 Aug, 2015 @ 10:02am
@jandnbartlett Thank you for your support and I am glad you like it! Indeed, I need all the help I can get from writing more quests to developing the story of Goluja, all help is welcome!
Curufinwe 23 Aug, 2015 @ 9:09am
so first impressions. one the double quest bug is happing for all non vannila quests. two its way too hard!. you need to lower the taxes some or increase the strating money cause 70k debt within 5 minutes is soo hard as to not be fun. whoever the idea is solid just keep at it it will get there.
Curufinwe 23 Aug, 2015 @ 8:45am
sorry grammer fix i meant want not wasnt
Curufinwe 23 Aug, 2015 @ 8:44am
hey i would love to help you with this im a modder noob but if you wasnt we can add each other and i can help with feedback and stuff.
i will post again with full feedback once im done playing through it. currently there is a storm yho so power outages will delay me cause my town's electric infrasturctere is shit
Cotorra  [author] 21 Aug, 2015 @ 11:18pm
@predator, btw, I have temporarily disabled the "free-man mode" but it will be available once the "double-questing" bug is resolved. In the featured free-man mode one can play in the island's layout without the many restrictions followed by the main story plot (which is still unfinished)
Nacnudian Perspective 21 Aug, 2015 @ 8:54pm
oh ok
Cotorra  [author] 21 Aug, 2015 @ 8:19pm
Sandbox mode? Well, I think the only *current as to this update* way to play it is through the "workshop missions" section
Nacnudian Perspective 21 Aug, 2015 @ 8:02pm
can i use it in sandbox mode?
- ReVenGe MaN ' 20 Aug, 2015 @ 5:44pm

Inglorious Gamer 19 Aug, 2015 @ 5:43pm
Oh ok bro, keep it up please. i want it haha
Cotorra  [author] 19 Aug, 2015 @ 10:32am
@overlord, you go the "start new game" section in the game's main menu and then search for "Worshop Missions" and then it appears as "Rise of Rum"
spazzrights 19 Aug, 2015 @ 9:51am
how do you acces the scenario in game?
Cotorra  [author] 18 Aug, 2015 @ 10:48pm
I will be updating very soon, so that more buildings are available *and you have more chances of reaching the goals (a.k. 1 million Tropical Golden Lllamas)
Cotorra  [author] 18 Aug, 2015 @ 10:39pm
Its in primitive stage, @Zap, sorry about that~
Inglorious Gamer 18 Aug, 2015 @ 8:43pm
ok but u lose n it is not fun to lose in 12 min :/
Cotorra  [author] 18 Aug, 2015 @ 8:33pm
There is a long way to come, children, a long way. Be patient.
Cotorra  [author] 18 Aug, 2015 @ 8:33pm
Here you can see the other perspective, the one when you are the diminutive entepreneur trying to rise when the government (you, in vanilla games) put so many restrictions that the country cannot advance.
Cotorra  [author] 18 Aug, 2015 @ 8:31pm
@Zap, you don't.
Inglorious Gamer 18 Aug, 2015 @ 6:02pm
how do u survive in this map lol wtf haha
Cotorra  [author] 18 Aug, 2015 @ 10:09am
Thank you @MarSn for your contribution to The Rise of Rum scenario! Your grammar fix is very much appreaciated ^.^
Cotorra  [author] 16 Aug, 2015 @ 9:00am
thank you @CountGerrad ! Wish there were more decoration options to further beautify the residence.
Count Gerrad 16 Aug, 2015 @ 6:50am
love with the oaksworth residence. good job anyway

yay! thank you @[sH[!]Ne
[sH[!]Ne]  [developer] 13 Aug, 2015 @ 7:23am
The duplicate quests will be fixed with the next update.
Cotorra  [author] 12 Aug, 2015 @ 4:35pm
Yes @MarSn many of the tasks are layed out already (in map-editor, not in the game), but I haven't yet written them. There is more to come!
MarSn  [author] 12 Aug, 2015 @ 4:09pm
After several attempts I finally managed to make the island profitable, however I assume the tasks are incomplete since after I built the three corn plantations no further tasks appeard. I really like the concept that you are not El Presidente and only have limited building options, it makes for a great challenge.
Cotorra  [author] 11 Aug, 2015 @ 6:44pm
@martinzitniak ahhh thank you!

damiax 11 Aug, 2015 @ 1:52pm
I agree with Pelican, it's need to unlock some buildings at the start.
Cotorra  [author] 4 Aug, 2015 @ 6:53pm
Thank you, MarSn! I release the game in a very early form, having not even checked deep enough for grammatical errors such as the one you pointed out. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you, again, and feel free to contact me any time!
MarSn  [author] 4 Aug, 2015 @ 4:40pm
The duplicate quests would not be much of a problem if there was a way to not accept them, currently you have no choice but to accept and pay now or accept and pay later.
MarSn  [author] 4 Aug, 2015 @ 4:39pm
Good concept but here's some consstructive criticism: All the starting quests around the mansion were duplicated, such as penultimo wanting $10000 twice. There are also many grammatical and spelling errors, for instance it should read "the prodigal son returns," not "the prodigious son returns." If you continue to develop the map I would be willing to help you with the writing.
