Super cool mod!

For my new Skyrim character, I tried to reconstruct who my ancestor would be in back during the viking age. Traced my lineage to a Scottish clan who's mascot was the wildcat since it was a prehistoric kingdom. So, playing as a Breton whose spirit brother was the saber tooth tiger was pretty neat!

I know that this mod is 9 years old, but I have a few questions:
1) Does transforming into an animal make all the animals of the same species friendly? Or does it work only for wolves?
2) Is transformation for female characters possible in 2024? If NOT, is it possible to fix it?
3) Is it possible to transform into a mammoth or a spider? If NOT, that would be cool
4) Will this mod be continued in any way? Or is it forever cancelled?

I just discovered this mod and I have to admit that it seems really amazing. I love the idea of roleplaying as a Reachman shaman/skinwalker character. Bless you

@Pokesus Have you never heard of The Fossil Zoo for criminal animals? They have a crab that commits phone fraud, a swan that keys cars, a prawn that thinks about nothing but genocide. They are bad animals.

Bandits would attack me being an animal? Hunters would hunt me?
If i transform into a troll the guards of the city would attack me and those things?
A crime as animal is punishable after i transform into normal?

The only thing that could make this better is if I was allowed to change into a husky, but that'd require a DLC variant of this mod...

Shapeshifting doesn't work with ordinator, or at least advanced shapeshifting

Does this mod still work? if so, how do I activate this mod? It doesnt show up in the mod list. In fact, non of the Amazing Race mods do.....maybe I did something wrong....

So... I may have overlooked the bug about female characters being unable to shapeshift and I tried it... My animations are broken where I can only slide along the floor lol. Is there a fix or do I need to restart my character?

Is this mod abandoned? I'm surprised there hasn't been a fix yet to solve the crashes for female bretons for when they try to shapeshift.

I am currently using this mod because I've never played a Breton before and have loved all the other amazing race mods, so wanted to use this one too. The Vanilla Breton, kind of like the Argonian, doesn't really give much incentive to play the character. So far I'm liking it, however, the Speech is stuck at -4 and will literally not allow me, no matter what I do to increase it. Whether it be by normal gameplay, or using Advskill, it will not go up. I was forced to use console to add Speech perks and still, because the skill is so low, even with an amulet like Dibella or Zenithar, I still get crap prices. It's taken me forever to build money, etc. I unistalled the mod and reinstalled, no luck. Thought about restarting fresh with a new character, but I'm already half way through Dawnguard, and frankly would rather chew broken glass than have to restart that.

Are Bretons just typically Forsworn or something? I must've missed that.

So the summoning and shape shifting abilities don't work at all for female Breton characters?

I really love this mod. It opens up more ways to roleplay. I love creating Breton mage/wizard characters.

Alteration is now well over adept(around 77 due to imp's complex needs nutrient deficiency I think) but all the available necklaces are still novice level. Even my Conjuration is around 50 already. Help please. T.T

@sp0ckrates When i started playing as a breton i could jump super high for no reason, i checked my inventory and my active effects and stuff yet i could still jump like 3 times higher than vanilla.

you might want to look into crafting the necklaces as a vampire lord it does'nt seem to be working for me

Seems like i have a similar problem to most others, my game crashes every time i try to open powers menu.

still waiting for the female Breton shapeshifting glitch to be fixed

Having this installed makes the game crash when opening the magic menu. I thought it might be a conflict, but after uninstalling every other magic mod, it still happened.

So, interesting thing happened; installed all the ART mods and my Breton started jumping really high... Installed the Khajiit: No Jump Bonus mod and it fixed it, just in case anyone else has this issue. Thanks for these mods!!!

Also @the author, a flying actor you could try are hawks/bone hawks

I was really looking forawrd to using this mod becuase I love the druid feeling of being able to change into various animals. I was most excited to try dog/wolf but I use a perk overhall that removes the spell ranks (meaning I can learn conjuration noive/apprentice etc.) So unfortunately I'll have to drop this mod for now as I can only become a rabbit and skeever, neither of the foxes, the mudcrab or slaughterfish worked :(

how do i get the books?

would this work even if i am already lv 5 and above?

i gotta say all race tweaks are great but, they will crash your game if you go to magic menu it will crash your game at first it didnt happen then the breton now all race mods will so i just want give ua the heads up on this huge bug

i cant find the amulets to shapeshift i can only craft a few is that cus i need to find them or lvl based of what?

so i have a question, why is my POV forced under my character? is there something that can change that? also, my female breton is able to shapeshift

How does necklace crafting work with the Ordinator Perks mod since there are no Novice or Apprentic perks for magic skills?

@marialle: It works, but only for male characters. I have an idea how to fix it.

@me smurt: You can get the necklaces using the Command Consile. Just use the command:

help spirit

It will display all of the Spirit Necklace

@D3lv: Haven't gotten it to work with female characters, yet

@Chimera: The animals don't have jump animation, except for the Trolls. But the jump button is mapped to other animations for most of them. Experiment by trying different moves and attacks. I think even the dual-wield power attack works with some of the creatures you become.
