Thank you!
Please help, thank you.
We don't really use the U.S style combat shirts and the gear we get in 2020 will probably have the built-in kneepads like the multicam uniforms we get on deployment atm.
ive seen the shadow u are talking about, i checked the helmet and the helmet with balaclava but cant find the cause.
The vests armor values are fixed.
ingame u can view all vehicles and characters in the eden editor.
will give it a go this weekend.
i can seperate them but u still need the NLMARSOF addon as a dependancy.
the entire dutch soldier expansion is inherited/intertwined from/in the NLMARSOF addon.
i ask myself if its even worth the effort since the expansion.pbo is only 1kb in size.
and is only the config of the expansion, all the rest is added in the NLMARSOF .pbo's
wat i will do is add the screenshots u made in the workshop's preview gallery.
thank u for your help "Timberhawk" i apreciate it.
only thing left on the list is getting the M240's on the CH47-F working as intended.
and some minor texture/render problem on the "UN" Fennek (UN decal is missing?).
and tweak the sh14 ? engine sound (sound is almost non existend / never finnished)
i can get the rest of the soldiers filtered by camo type in the menu but thats allot of config entry's i have to edit.
think i wil give it a go this weekend and see wat i can get done.
Thanks again Timberhawk ;)
have a look at the results and tell me what you think:
https://imgur.com/a/k60nK
and if you show me how I'd more than happy to try my hand at setting up the configs.
as for the source files, I'm afraid I don't actually know anyone with the experience neccessary to properly develop models textures and coding, but if I run into anyone I'll let you know.
but need some screenshots of the soldiers for example in action for the workshop.
if u can provide them that would be cool.
the grouping of the rest of the pack , maybe i will do that some day, right now i dont have the tools installed and lack the will/patients to work yet again on the configs (yeah i know, im lazy).
It even crossed my mind to release the source files to a group of dutch people (or team up) commited enough to expand the existing package with stuff like Boats, amphibious assets etc.
i am open for negotiation ;)
however, I have a few requests/suggestions:
like would it be possible to have the optional files put in a different steam workshop entry from the regular/marine one? I would like to include everything in a collection for my group of friends, but it would be preferable if people who download it wouldn't have to dig in their files for the DPM and NFP gear.
in addition; do you have any plans of grouping the different camouflages into unit groups for zeus? at the moment only squads of M81 clad marines are represented, and all the other types are only present in a somewhat confusing list of singular soldiers.
once again great work, and I hope you could find the time to fix these issues.
MAN Trucks for logistik purposes (Load and deploy Bunkers/Ammo containers).
The Boxer armed personel carrier
and a landing craft for amphibious mission's..
it will be awsome when its is all finnished u wait and see.
i also replaced the CH-47F miniguns with M240's like the RNLAF use irl.
have to fine tune them a bit and see what animation for the gunners looks desent.
I checked and un-subscribing and re-subscribing doesn't fix this.
Ill see if i find the will and time i might make them darker but no promisses.
Those NLD_Units, i might have seen a video clip some time ago of their units in a speedboat ?
i think they look just fine.
it is just a matter of what the author use as reference and taste.
the vests are very nice but the only thing is they aren't practical.
I hope I don't sound nagging that's not my intention.
The AAF can go bit darker now, the other ones i gave them a worn look so they suppose to look a bit pale from washing and sunlight.
there are helmets in tan and olive drab other than that there are tons of camouflaged canvas Mich Helmets. or take a A3 original in grass or snakeskin.
What i did add, the original bluforce uniforms in M81 and Multicam (Mali mission) patterns
Made in my opinion a nice SF team equipped to stay behind enemy lines for prolonged periods of time.
To conduct amphibious operations, sabotage operations, support air assets, perform reconnaissance operations and or take out HVT's.
