I'm running into a glitch after I obtain Supremacy 9 where I get about 1000 to 1500 science easy per turn. Anyone else run into this glitch?

That's the point of these mods. To turn mechanics that have very little influence on how your empire looks into mechanics that very much define your empire.

Looks good at face value. Definitely feels like vanilla afinities are a little too indistinct beyond their appearances.

Haven't played it yet, but this mod seems really cool. I always thought there should be more special powers for affinities.

I'm sure, I tried few new games to be even more sure and result was the same.

Are you sure you aren't using the advanced option that disables base affinity gain (when starting a new game)?

Other than that it would be helpful if you (after playing a few turns with the mod active) could go to: Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization Beyond Earth\Logs and search (ctrl+f) for any errors that contain AwesomeAffinitiesScript.lua

Bonuses on certain affinity levels seem to work, but... Basic affinity gain just doesn't work. I gain nothing, the only source of affinity are techs. I hoped the bonus on affinity's 2nd level will work, but it's also broken.

That was a display error - is now fixed and correctly reads:
"Gain +2 [ICON_SUPREMACY] Supremacy per turn if you own at least 1 Bioglass Furnace" (The actual effect already worked in previous versions)

why is supremacy avoiding the number 13? Its a point when every one else gets pasive afinity coonditional apon building somthing they would likely have made anyway.

Harmony Affinites are only focus Health, Science and food.
Purity Affinities are only focus moar production and food.
Supremacy Affinities are only focus MOAR MOAR MOAR ENERGY DAMN! You can buy a any unit as you want. But after 200 turns, i can buy 5 - 10 units per turn!
