When i spawn this in any planet gravity its just goes around around and spins

sorry to bother, but could you write a script where you plug in the distance from the planet and the targets gps aswell as the planets center and it displays the gps to drop from? im terrible with coding and i havent seen anything like that on the workshop yet, from what i understant of your bomber it already uses that information, but i cant wrap my head around the coding X(

also, did the script work on a ship without a g-drive, at least the basic targeting system

at the height your platform work (17km) some ion thrusters and mayme some hydrogen in emergency should work to keep it at height without too mutch effort. for a heavier build, you should use ion/hydr thrusters too boost when you are low in the atmo and ion for the rest.
also, you can use a support grav drive to keep the ship in a stable in orbit, but not as a primary way of moving. normals thursters are a better way to keep a big ship from falling

Gravity drive makes more sense as it's a way around of physics limitations in game not allowing stable orbits. You'll need constantly to fight the gravity pull with expensive thrusters and burn your fuel quickly. But who knows ? Adding few ion thrusts to help stabilise the ship might be a good idea. I'll have a look.
I the next iteration I'll make it survival friendly, put some heavy armor on it and turrets and buff the gravity drive accordingly. This specific blueprint won't change much with exception of some bug-fixes if any get reported.

iknow, because you use a gravdrive, maybe adapt it do work with normal thrusters?

Thanks, yes it's quite unimpressive now when you look at it. But honestly it's just an engineering proof of concept not an end product. The plus side is it's quite light and can quickly change targets. It's harder and harder in natural gravity to hold position when you add more weight.

i world love to see this kind of build with the size of the harbringer :) or even integrate it to the harbringer!

This is the best weapon for planets i have seen so far, others are cool but this one is so simple to use and so usefull. thanks!

Thank you, much appreciated!

THis is some next level engineering! Well done.

Well if you find it fun spread the word! I'm new to workshop and I don't really know how to advertise it yet.

Try it with a speed mod as well, it's even cooler when the bombs fall with 500 m/s

Haven't tryed it yet just watched the video. I've been struggling with the same idea myself... looks like you nailed it!

Let me know if you have any trouble using it. I don't know how if it's easy enough to use as I've been staring at it almost a week :).

WOW... That is amazing!
