The purpose of this mod is to be able to carry more men per unit across the seas. The transport ship is therefore replaced by a model based on the "Greek Seven" or the "Egyptian Eight". If you want more powerfull ships, then I recomend you to also download my mod "Classis" FOR EMPIRE DIVIDED (make sure you download the correct one, because I have another version to play with the old patches, before the Empire Diveded patch). This mod is also required to play that mod.

mabe im not understanding this correct... but a few different factions have a huge flag ship, hepteres or something like that... im playing as Rome:

do i get to have one?
if so how do i get it? i have both naval type ports maxed out, and a log type building maxed out. the largest ship i can recruit though is the tower Hexareme

maybe im being a fool and those are ships that factions such as carthage get by default?

will this work with WoS? I'm looking for a mod that adds abilities to the spartan marines there like a shield wall or testudo ability. Can anyone help me?

The newest upgrade of Creative Assembly is rather drastic. This is why all around the community modders are working very hard to keep their mods working as they did before. Many tables have been changed. The changes, made by Creative Assembly, forces modders around the world to alter their mods, which in some cases could take some time. I can only hope for you, subscribers, to have a little patience. I'm working very hard to get my mods to be compatible with the newest 'patch/DLC'. The upgrades should be launched by 16th of DECEMBER.

In that case I suggest you wait a bit till my newest mod I'm working on is uploaded. That mod will give you naval units up to 165 men and are not split. Not even barbarian naval units , wich will have units up to 185 men, also all on the same vessel. Unfortunately there are not enough models I can work with to give all factions such hughe naval unit sizes (greek seven and egyptian eight are the only ones I can work with and a transport ship I converted to a barbarian marine ship). The problem is that the table I need to do this is not convertable (models naval). Anyway that new mod will give all factions a great boost on naval units.

np i hate not being able to reinforce my land units fast enough with navy units then the dam unit size just sucks a unit of 160 at sea is split and does not fight aswell or together on land that was a massive stuff up from CA and a massive oversite in the game

Absolutely right ! That is why I first gave the transport ships a 'row hard' ability. The only problem was that the icon was always visible, even in land battles somewhere in the middle of the desert. I thought that was rather silly, so I deleted that ability and gave the ships a little more speed instead. I did not want to give them too much speed, so there would still be a difference between full packed transports and marine ships. I will look to it and maybe I will increase speed some more. the only thing i would sugesst is that they be able to provide real surport to a combined battle as the vinalla units suck at that they are to slow to provide good back up duing seiges of larger cities i lost half my men before my reninforcements arrived and turned the tide even then the number it put on ships ment i had heaps of littlee units that were useless in a big fight so the ability to quickly land a large number of troops would be great

I think you should upload 2 version, one with out one and one with the ability "row hard". That being said, I still think they shouldn't have the row hard ability because that's what seperate navy with their ground counterpart.

Well, I thought the ability icon "row hard" was a little disturbing. I am willing to replace it, but I may also give the transport ship more speed. So, this is my call to everyone reading this: what do you think I should do. Let 's keep it democratic: the majority decides. I will make my decision on 15/02
