Ik how to survive as vikings even with this mod but it still needs some balancing

-- your not wrong- but- i do like a chalenge ha ;) the issue is i could debuf it- and make it less good- but ultimetly the same hapoens- unless you use unit packs , to compensate the high income of the west, ie what i use (Reduced numbers for western units. larger units in the east-- and vikings are alot more powerfull/ good in melle. while faster- ect - while west is slower and more hp -- so it all- balences in the end in my game. but empire do rise up and fall - sometimes both in 30 turns, due to a invasion- or the attacker fucks with the wrong country ha

the trick to suviving as the vikings, is to raid south with allies, -- and raid the irish/ scots. cause once mercia gets powerfull, its madness. -- but then i use viking - stat buffer to compensate in my game, (the balence is ment to be around- if you sucessfully raid a town in europe.. its well worth its gold. -- but fundamentaly the vikings should get fucked. -- problems start happening when one empire gets too big- il admit. -- but the only other solution would be to remove all other buffs- and focus on the chirch providing the money food, and hygine -- but-- game mechanics make it so impossible to balence realism with- playability -- when the rest of the game dousent work accuratly

problem is mercia dont have unique buildings-- so its impossible to make it unique or exsclusive without making custom chirches for just mercia-

vikings did get dicked in the end- if it wasent for their style of military-- (The game dousent let you raid- kill some enemies - then retreat ) without looisng movement points, or having casualties) -- absolute bs-- so real viking style play is impossible. ;) there no tactical, retreat option in the game still -----

-- a mod ive tried to make over and over. (Ability to attack a army, then retreat half way through (or any time) and keep your movement points, and have no losses for retreating.

so really the game balences out. you can still ofcource make massive armies, but the ai is well funded and stocked. making better fights =)

np , just makes christian countries far more powerfull, and welthy really. means you get good look for raiding, and propper income,

grante d when you get a big empire the money coming in is rediculious, but the mods ment to be used with unlimite d generals- and massive armies u know ect ect- for both ai and player

".FOOD INCOME TO CHIRCHES" 100+ Build chirches insted of fishing ports! so now u can recruit a navy without starving your people. , finaly..

".MONEY GAIN FROM CHIRCHES" obviously

" INCRECE TAX FROM CHIRCHES". obvious

"MORE RECRUITMENT FROM CHIRCHES". the spahgetti god wills it.

"MORE INCOME FROM MARKET TOWNS". "they were pointless" now theyre not.

"FOOD FROM AMRKET TOWNS" -again adds a point.

"MORE INCOME FROM RESOURCES.

"CHIRCH TOWNS IE CATHEDERAL" ADDS FOOD. RECRUITMENT. FARMING. WELTH.
Basicly, theres a point to having one now. other than hospice.
