Is there anyway to keep the models for the siberian tribes? When I pass a tech level, it goes to chinese. I looked in the files and is says inuitfgx, but goes to chinese models anyway. Is there anyway to keep it inuit

Hi, I'm making a ridiculous overhaul mod for EU4, and in my timeline, Inuits get horses and some religious influence from a slightly longer lasting Vinland and create a big mongol-esque empire before collapsing, and the remnants are a major player in the mod so I wanted to give them lots of love. I'm going all in on the Inuit power fantasy(?) and I would love to integrate these Inuit models into the mod (with credit given of course), but I want to get your permission first. Thanks!

I just can't find the mod archive, 'cause Workshop folder is a Hell!It was better to have all the EU4 mods in mod folder...

Could anyone paste here all the text from 'ugc_613487574.mod' file? I don't know WTF had happened, but this file just have disappeared and shitty Steam doesn't download it again!

I made a custom Inuit nation in Greenland, Inuit culturee graphics, etc. Using 1.29, how come I still have European buildings instead Indian Teepes? Thanks!

Hey I just found out that this mod is not compatible with More Map Graphics or Unit Model Changer. These are the mods that allow you to change unit models.

Naruhodo. I'll try that out and update you on the results. Thank you very much for your help, I'm a massive fan of Inuit culture and always wanted to play a game in which I can take over the world as an Inuit empire.

@fktsuda That's pretty weird. The mod seems working correctly on my end. My guess is that you change the culture group setting instead of the map graphic setting which is located below the technology group setting. You will see the Inuit graphic in the options. My mod only modifies this one particular setting so you can also play as other cultures and still have the model as well. Hope it helps!

Wow, I wasn't expecting a response so quickly. Thank you for being such a responsive creator. Anyways, I have El Dorado and have enabled it in the launcher. My custom nation has the Inuit culture, but my units look like vanilla native american spearmen (chest-naked, feather on head). If you can find the cause of the problem, I'll be extremely grateful.

Hi @fktsuda this mod only change the Inuit model for custom nations, so you need El Dorado for that feature. but if you already have it then maybe I'll try to take a look if something's wrong with the mod. You could also check if the mod is enabled at the launcher as well if you haven't already. thx for trying out my mod!

Hi. I've subscribed to the mod and activated it, but my Inuit models don't seem to change. Do I need a DLC for it to work or something?

@Ghelloz Hi. sorry for a late reply. I recommend restart steam and re-subscribe this mod and see if the downloader goes back up. You should end steam.exe in task manager before restart as well.
If that doesn't work then download it manually here https://1drv.ms/u/s!AgBETy3v98VPggsVtE2mAoJLmadN
just extract it in your regular mod folder and it should do its job.

@soyul Copter You can change your graphical culture of Chuckchi in its .txt file. Go to your EU4 directory(should be in your Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Europa Universalis IV\common\countries). In there, open the file of your specific country, in this case, Chuckchi. Then change graphical_culture from asiangfx to inuitgfx. And of course, don't forget to subscribe to my mod. :D
