If it doesn't ever make it in here have a look for "Cover Damage Reduction" here on the Workshop.
These values will editable in the .INI, including different DR for grenades and a flat DR version option too.
Not sure if that reduction is pre or post armor reduction yet. Pre armor reduction make it more powerful since the percentage comes off the higher number. I think this might be too good but it's pretty easy to shred armor in this game so maybe not.
How does the damage reduction work? Is it a flat amount based on the type of cover or is it a percentage or even something entirely differently?
Cover should mean for something, but seems to be pretty worthless in the vanilla game..
Bump up High Cover's Defense Bonus, but for Low Cover, it gives Aim Bonus instead.
If anyone's curious, the files are DefaultGameCore for everything but Aid, which lives in DefaultGameData_SoldierSkills
