If the author has no plans to update this for the patch, perhaps someone else can look into it? For now I simply am not playing the game because I cant stand those ugly plasma weapons.

is it possible to make this work with the modded rifle and other weapons variants, like that cool ass sniper rifle someone id and the AK-12, etc. or is it only possible for the regular non-modded weapons?:) thank you for ur mod btw, its awesome

Just wanted to pitch in here. I'm getting the same issue. Which sucks, because the plasma sniper looks like hammered dogshit and I want my uber gauss rifle! T.T

The weapon mod "Halo Reach Weapon" seems able to fix my game partially. I was having the same missing purchased weapon issue and then i scripted the mentioned mod. I found i have the halo gun (mag) version along with conventional weapon (mag) version to purchase.

It did give me mag ver weapon now, still may possible to get bugged at plasma weapon but worth a try. I am all good as long as i can get rid of the ugly plasma rifle...

There's a mod out to remove mod dependencies, and it shouldn't break your game to use it on this.

I upgraded to magnetic weapons(Squad upgrade) and it never appears. Very critical issue that really need to be fixed.

If it's abandoned, There's another mod that more or less accomplishes the same task, it's called MK assault rifles or something, unfortunately it's only upgrading tier 1 weapons right now. Meaning you can research conventional weapons with magnetic and beam level damage models, but you can't research magnetic weapons with tier 3 damage .. yet

This mod is only half working for me. Just upgraded to beam weapons, i have only the standard assualt rifle, the magnetic rifle is no where to be found.

Okay, so if I'm reading this right, with this mod when you upgrade weapons your existing mods go onto the new weapons this mod adds instead of the vanilla upgrade, right? So if you have a Scope on a Shotgun and build a Shard Cannon, the Scope moves onto the Shotgun (M) and not onto a Shard Cannon? If you changed it so the Scope moved onto the Shard Cannon as normal, would that make this mod compatible with other weapon mods?

Any way to split this so that you can have a standalone version that only gives you upgraded shotguns, or one for snipers etc. I find the Storm Gun model hideous but kinda like some of the other higher tier models.

I cannot for the life of me get this mod to work anymore :( I did install a classmod (more upgrade slots, all classes can use rifles and shotguns, ect). Someone on that mod claimed to have the same problems. Upgraded to MAG weapons, but no default (M) weapons in loadout :(

Love this mod, absolutely amazing as I'm not a big fan of the Tier 3 weapons (they're cool, but conventional weapons just feel more awesome)

Quick question though. Is it highly improbable that we could get this mod to work with "custom weapons"? Like the G36's, AK's, HK's and so on? The default weapns are cool, but I'd like a mag or plasma leveled version of weapon mods as well.
