Specular brightness around 35, plus it has very complex contrast with scratches etc.
If you have more experience with that, then just try adjusting it yourself, until it looks perfect - so we can see the difference
Does this look less "plastic" ? Specular is much brighter but with bigger contrast. Its HLMV tho, in game it looks unlit unless you place it directly under the light source...
