In regards to the elerium crystals end game source. I will keep trying to find another solution.
Check out ADVENT Avenger's "Get Back To Work" mod.
In regards to the elerium crystals end game source. I will keep trying to find another solution.
If i knew how to code i would make some extra looted junk like ammo or upgrades dissolvable via workshop
'Elerium grounds' was my original mod that let you craft cores, as well as let you upgrade suits rather than building entirely new ones to save on cores, they were split soon after because some people didn't want to have both.
To the second one, at that point just cheat them in, there should be some bottleneck.
Elerium Grounds does more, read its Description.
so many modes use elerium CRYSTALS
and the game source is just raids and black market.
iam wondering if u can add a way to buy crystals or make them
doesnt the elerium ground also let u make elerium cores?

Title=Elerium Core Crafting
Description=A mod to try and alleviate the mid to late game Elerium Core shortage, it allows crafting of Elerium Cores in the Proving Grounds once Elerium has been researched, as well as allowing upgrading of Spider Suits and EXO suits to their Powered Armor equivilant once the required Tech has been researched.

Ok.
Second most ppl that mod the game don't play Vanilla any more after all someone made the mod that just gives you all the achievements since add any mod take them a way
furthermore i have a job to but i still mod and play games and stream when i have the time so don't give me that excuse
and it is Coding skills not may know how code in C sharp and how add the right text in the right order and what not if it was not for me visual studio code and my knowledge of coding in C sharp thank to Stellaris i would never got this working with the real launcher. like i said community launcher. is trash it does not load 100 of my 234 mod and all them make the game 20 time harder bc the base game has never been a challenge for me only reason i try add this in that list bc i don't get Elerium Core other then the black market ever 100 days
The mod works fine in the community launcher.
Among the reason's i am not updating the mod for the issue is the fact that i don't do modding anymore, if you look at the last updated tag, the last update was in 2017, before WOTC was even released, I did modding as a side thing when i was playing XCOM 2 and i did not have a job, and i stopped when i no longer felt i had time for the side thing anymore.
Second, If i updated the mod it would no longer work with the vanilla game, and i would need to supply a separate mod for Vanilla and WOTC, as it stands it works fine for both of them.
If the mod actually did not work, then i would update it as you said, while i don't play it, i still have some professional pride, but as it stands it works fine, so do the change, or get a proper mod launcher, changing a ini file is not "Coding skills" that's knowing how to look through a file system and doing text editing in note pad, my mother could do that.
OK.
The problem's 2K and their rubbish launcher.

Or use AML https://github.com/X2CommunityCore/xcom2-launcher which is just a significantly better launcher in general.
No mods are dependant on each other, and using Elerium Grounds and the other mods will just mean that you get two core crafting options, or two choices to upgrade armours.
I am quite confident that there is a different mod conflict causing your issues, i have confirmed with console cheats, since yeah, it takes a while to get there in a normal game, that it unlocks once Elerium tech is unlocked, WOTC, LWOTC and Vanilla.
Also, does this also require the Elerium Grounds mod to run or will it run on its own? I tried both without success.
I was playing WOTC. I even tried disabling all other mods and only running this one mod and it still didn't work.

Launchers start the game, they have no effect when a game is running.
i suggest AML as that's the one i usually use.

Find the following file:
EleriumCoreCrafting.XComMod (it's somewhere in steamapps\workshop\content\)
and then replace its contents with this:

Title=EleriumCore
Description=Something
RequiresXPACK=true
If you are playing vanilla, remove RequiresXPACK=true
Use a good launcher:

Read the last line of the Description.
