This isn't exactly the same but has a lot of the same functionality. I will also be updating this mod as I go forward.
As of the newest ARK update it seems as though the items from your mod no longer will continue to exist upon logging out and logging back into servers.

How do I set it up?
sorry i can´t really help u because i have no idea how to read out this data.
I can tell u that the boost is 20% like in the discription.
This is arranged via a "formula" in the mod. I had to do many test to find the right multiplier.
In my opinion it must be irrespectively to the server setting bevause it look for the health of the player/dino.
f.e.
100 heals = 20 HP Heal
1000000 heals = 200000 HP Heal
like for example:

something like that above to edit the amount of hp each item heals for the many types of servers out there

Maybe just 1 small suggestion.
When your health is full, you can still use the items.
I know the blood pack cant be used at that time, maybe you could make is like that to?
