It could be a conflict with some other mod too. Can you list what others are you using?
Also try if the bug appears when you're running only Recolor and nothing else.
If you want to share your adjustment, or you're making a mission where you want to apply a preset for players, you can export them from the settings menu.

Athough, you could make a "postInit" function that runs a script at every mission start which applies a particular PP effect based on the terrain. Might be easier than modifying the terrain itself.
Normally the different color styles in terrains come from their lighting configs, not from post processing effects which this mod uses.
You could just load the mod and try to join a server, or ask the admin if it's allowed.
