Bonus tip: If you want to do a weapon skin that TWI does not have on their website, be sure to download a program called Umodel. It will let you extract the texture files from Killing Floor 2 for any weapons you would like to edit :D That's how I do hte new weapons when they get released

This guys video got me started on how to make them. 2 things to remember. 1. Save your photoshop files as .png
2. Whenever you're about to upload your skin to the workshop, only upload the .txt file. If you upload the .mat file it will kick people using your skins offline if they want to use them online

I probably will not be making any skins anytime soon, so no. BUT it really isn't too hard to do if you have photoshop and download the Killing Floor 2 SDK. There are videos that walk you through most of it.
