1)No need for duplicates!
2)Whenever I accidentally run my courser over them they change my arm options ot the original ANarchy arms, because the base torsos don't support moded or original arms. Any idea how I could do this myself, or a chance you'ld impliment this in your mod?
If you see one of the new heads with a weird mapping issue put a scar on the character and it'll look normal (not my fault)
its weird as the screenshot is of it on a male.....
i have linked a picture to show what i mean...

I haven't tested that, but in theory, it should do what you need.
Needs a bit of legwork on your part but grab Progressive Armor Less Anarchy , read its Discussion on customising the mod and you should be able to do what you want.
1. Find the file (C:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\DLC\DLC_1\Config\XComContent.ini) and open in a text editor
2. Find the section called ";DLC 30 Loweface" and copy the whole section
3. Underneath just paste it and change "FacePropsLower" to "FacePropsUpper"
Save it and done.
And you need to but the dlc.
