Fun but had a bug at the end that had my view stuck on the final boss's body and then was swarmed off screen where i couldn't see my self, but other then that it's a lot of fun

It's definitely fun but needs some polishing. First of all there are no checkpoints so it's really discouraging when you die at nearly the end and have to start all over again. I don't know if this is possible for a modder but removing the icons on top of the zeds' heads would be nice, it's kinda lame seeing where they will come from. I also recommend turning off music for extra immersion, I would pay money for a polished version of this mod.

After killing the patriarch my camera got stuck in a glitched out third person view.
Going through that much of this map and then dying to a glitch is frustrating.
In its current condition I cannot recommend this map.

First attempt, got stuck in the rubble.
Second attempt, got stuck in a car.
Third attempt, fell off the map.

Cool idea, poor execution.

Gotta love the insane amount of buggy stuff in the map. 90% of it can be overlooked, but a missing wall that if you walk through, you fall out of the map and die? That was just hilarious. Pillars and boxes everywhere that you don't collide with.

Upon escaping with the data through containment, you enter into a large room with the narrator saying "Set the affected free". When you cross the furthest bridge, you will see an open cell with blue gas (medic grenade effect). Instead of backing into the corner, thinking zeds would be affect by said effect, I just kinda walked off the map.

tried it out got to the (spoiler btw) scrake and husk fighting the zeds afterwards i backupped into a cell with the blue gas coming out then fell out of the map

This map is pretty awesome, but how the fuck does anyone but a berserker constantly self-healing survive? Where's all the ammo? the 'aiming' glitch thing, was literally vomit inducing, and the game got bugged at the end when i killed the boss & stayed camera locked to the bosses body.

It was a pretty good 1 time experience but sooo broken, needs work!

This map has many potentials to be really good. I really liked how big the map is and giving us the chance to explore and sometimes get lost. However, the biggest flaws is the bugs in this map which I recommend having it polished. So many bugs that its not even funny.

The last thing that got me deeply is after going through all the obstacles and fighting through zeds. I died because I never did kill all the crawlers and went straight for the door. Died during the cutscene with patriarch, pretty much a free target. I suggest removing all current living zeds during the final confrontation. Other than that, there are also some areas that needs to be patched due to falling through certain areas out of the map, leading to death. Please fix this, its a really good map.

Well i just "almost completed" the map solo on HoE as a level 25 berserker. Two important things to report:

- On the Patriarch fight, he seems to stand still sometimes, making a good target for the RPG, while also being damaged by the allied zeds.

- After his last heal, he retreated behind the closed door from where you came from (doorways covered in fire) I had to sorta bait him to go near the door several times, and then he got stuck on top of some pipes next to the door.

- After I gave the pat the kill shot with the RPG and my camera was moved away from me (like in normal games), a husk burned me alive while waiting to regain control of my camera, dying just before finishing the level.

It's a shame really, I hope you can fix this, because this map is pretty promising and interesting. ATM it's incredibly broken, but with some polish it should come out great.

This map is big and ambitious but in desperate need of some polish. Currently it's extremely buggy to the point of being unplayable.

It's a great looking map and is quite fun. You eventually learn that the middle path in the beginning walking through the caves is the last place you want to be (teh knockback). The biggest problem(s) I had was during the patriach fight at the end. getting stuck during that spawn cutscene kills quickly. Also there is a problem at the end where after killing the pat you get stuck in the death cam. It went away for me after a very long wait, but then i got smacked off the train platform by 3 enemy fleshpounds as i tried to board. Close, but no cigar. Lastly whenever you play in groups, there is a bug in the drop-down area where respawn is. Everyone dies and the match ends because of it. Those are the 3 big bugs I have had issues with, if there was a way around them I'd give this map a 9/10.

I got all the way to the boss. I had to hold down my shift button to keep the game from freaking out, the game kept zooming in and out and going upside down. Caused me to die a couple times until I figured it out.
After that I dropped into the holes (once they opened) to get to the area under the floor. Then I made it to the next couple of rooms and finally had the pleasure of fighting Pat. After defeating him my screen froze. I still had background noise and the person speaking in the game told me to get to the vehicle to leave but I couldn't move. I was getting attacked by a few zeds and I ended up dying because I couldn't fight back. So I don't know exactly how it ends. That's the farthest I've gone and I tried it a couple times. I gave up.

We have a same problem. We launched this map on the server and after descending into the underground part we were killed! 7000 subscribers (!!!), but who did at least once pass this map completely?

s there a way to stop the players from getting killed so that we can proceed when playing multiplayer?
I think it is suppose to respawn players but it kills everyone..

I really like your attempt at making an objective map, which is effectively a new (old) gamemode.
The dark snowy landscape and the big facility has a cool atmosphere and is visually beautiful.

However, many paths and objects need smoothing, you get stuck often.
Also, as others have said, it desperately needs ammo boxes and / or a Trader unless it is supposed to be played in melee mainly.
Also many enemies get stuck and need better pathfinding.

Seeing that you did not publish any updates for more than a year, I guess it never will be patched.
Too bad, it could have been an absolutely amazing objective map.

@Hannibal[SPA], there is not big but annoying bug. I waste almost 30 minutes of gameplay because of doors in room where we are creating this medicine (if we watch the zeds behind the glass then I meant the closed doors behind near stairs. We can pass these doors and stuck forever. I did this onyl because scrake got stuck here... Anyway, watch out everybody.

@Archgoat dont wanna spoil, but since you asked, it's because the players will create a reverse medicin, so to speak, that makes them attack zeds and not humans, which is actually a nice idea from the map creator.

Tried this a couple of times on multiplayer, never made it far due to getting killed from
fall or getting stuck. So, I decided to try this with god mode on.

Amazing map with very cool ideas implemented. This is probably what we want as the
objective mode.

The sad thing is, as pepole already suggested, there is hardly any ammo, so beating this
without cheating is practically impossible. Also, the mission is fairly long, about 40ish minutes.
Really need some mechanics to respawn dead players.

That said, respawning part is a bit too much to ask a map creator though.

@HaMsTeYr No there isn't unfortunately. It's too bad the map creator abandoned this map. It has SOOOOOO much potential. Everyone should seriously attempt to add him to their friends list on Steam to get the message to them to finish it. Or at the very least, someone should take it upon themselves to finish it.
I would've never thought someone would create a map so great and with so much potential only to leave it with a major multiplayer bug (and lack of ammo) and never mess with it again.

It's easily the most well done objective map by miles, if it weren't for the kill-everyone-bug and the lack of ammo.

Too many bug on this map, many zeds don't fight (Scrake, FP, Husk) just follow without attacking (not all, but many of them) And a certain point of the map, there is many wall you can traverse then just go Out of the map

I loved this! Except the room that looks like that was really bright, so was most of the map, is that intentional? I mean, the beginning seemed well lit then it started to look ugly.

- strongly recommended ... hope TW sees it and realizes they need to make a campaign like this

When I first played this I died after 5-8 minutes when dropping down some path, it was obviously a bug and I thought "Oh well, nice try but what a poor execution of the idea."
But now, some weeks later, I've got WAY past this point, and what an adventure it was!
Yes, not enough ammo, playing with zerk is fine, though.
I loved it so much, especially when I found myself in the part of biotics lab, I thought to myself "Oh, now I know where this lab is!"
Also I thought I can understand know the Patty now when talking of his children - I felt the same, when my friendly clots were struggling to fight Kevin, poor babys :'(


A campaign in this style would be super awesome ... oh wait, I only can get SO erect... keep it up!

Not the best map... Playing by myself I ran out of ammo with everything mid way through and got ass fucked by two scrakes. God forbid you put down a few more guns or even ammo throughout the map.

The FPS drop at the end really kills me (rest of the map runs fine though), shame the whole map isn't grearly polished
