I have yet to test Grand Larceny mod with Essentials however the mod that goes on top will take priority (all features will be available) while the mod below will have overlapping features overridden (not available in-game). Has to be tested to know for certain.
Essentials makes it's own changes to the game as accessibility feels more complete with both.
If in need of a work-around to get the Stash functional - there's a trick where adding certain Inventory mods above Ace can solve that issue:

Shot in the dark musings about the multiplayer issues:
1) Sometimes other devices hooked up to a rig can interfere with a game. Perhaps this can also affect multiplayer?
2) Sometimes 3rd party software that is supposed to improve gameplay performance (such as MSI Afterburner) can do the opposite on games - especially older games. Perhaps this kind of software can also affect multiplayer.

We know that Internet Service Provider methods can cause connection issues however as to why a mod affects players separately to join multiplayer is somewhat beyond what the TL2 community has been able to discover through the years of report gathering.
My apologies for the inconvenience.
For you information, the issue we have is by using ACE only, we have no other mods active at the moment.
I know Torchlight 2 multiplayer is a bit janky with mods but I was trying to find a video or even an image of people playing together. Nothing for the moment. I almost thought this mod was for single player only.
Here's one example:

Game works in co-op just fine when we disable the mod though, which is a shame as we really want to play it!
I've tried a lot of things from the discussion link provided by Steffire3 below without success. Most of the discussions seem to talk about regular connection which is working fine on our side. Only this mod is not working.

Thanks for all of the replies to my questions. It all sounds good.
And glad to hear of the new "Ice+Minion build War_Bot" started with the latest updates.
01: War_Bot color schemes are a challenge we're seeking to solve on the development side.
02: Will review Health Potions to check options regarding drops around Act-01.
03: Soldiers and Vampires will receive an update to their thumbnails in the next patch.
04: Steam Thrower will be updated on it's description and visually to match the motive; as we have intended it to be some kind of Sulfuric Launcher that strikes with Physical themes.
Any chance we can make War Bots with some different color schemes in the future? Such things just add a little more fun to the game.
Yes, I know the vendor in the start area sells the Basic potions cheaply, and sometimes I purchase them for my Elite characters. However, I'm now also getting what look exactly like regular health potions, but they don't stack with the vanilla-game health potions. However, I see that they only spawn in the beginner map and the Temple Steppes map, so I guess that tracks with it being TL2-ACE that is giving me those potions?
At least the vanilla health potions still drop, so I end up with two stacks of two different regular health potions that won't stack on each other and have to be placed in 2 different slots on my skill tray.
With the health potions i think these are very basic potions from the first few zones(added in this mod). Added as we have a basic vendor in the start area selling these very cheaply.
It's getting rather confusing at that first area. Why don't we just get the normal health potions as drops? Or are both of these additional types of health potions coming from one of the other mods I'm using with TL2-ACE?
Hi everyone,
This is largely an internal test update to allow us to check/balance some of the upcoming future changes.
You will be able to see some of the changes live in this update such as:
Map Changes
Mileshire Mines - new secret section added.
The Golden Crypt - removed golden wisps, a lot more gold will drop from enemies and will be found on the floor etc
Tarrochs Trials - minor tweaks to end boss and teleport section.
New Character Icons: Assassin
Class Changes
War Bot
Warning Flare: Extended duration, Updated description, Reduced cooldown from 5S ->3S.
Dual Grenades: Fixed charge/heat build up issue! and level 2 skill bug
It's a Normal difficulty Alchemist character from a mod, and he's wearing almost maxed out Inquisitor gear using the perks from The Mapworks in The Toy Collector mod, meaning I've given him 5 enchants on everything and almost all of his gear has 5 sockets in it. I figured he'd need everything I can give him to do anything in Temple Valley., and judging from the little bit I did in Tarroch['s Trials it will still be a challenge for when I'm up to trying that.
I'm still amazed at how good this mod is, and it keeps getting better. Really outstanding job, folks!
Thanks for the information on the picture I mentioned. I had taken a longer than expected break from TL2 and forgotten about how that place was closed off after some challenge dungeons were added to TL2-ACE. I do remember that I had been told that it would be open again in the future.
Here's the general page for Lan Co-op work-arounds:

I have been informed by players in the past that TL2 is affected by the Internet Service Provider features and for some reason - some players are able to play Ace with Synergies and other mods in Multiplayer while other players simply aren't able to.
I wish I could provide more info on this.
I had thought maybe it was something to do with the TL2-ACE mod, but clearly it was not.
293 Strength
155 Dexterity
263 Focus
215 Vitality
What could be causing the issue?
Both in Act 3 now. The heat/overheat function is working pretty well! The Tier 2 bonus (at lvl 46) of Glacial strike is the best since it actually removes heat instead of apply it.
Softcore: Mines, I like them!
Hcore: Got a frost/summon build with the best (29%) blocking shield roundhaven (lvl 23 and easy to gamble). This and a big Vit build will provide max block and that helps a LOT surviving.
Would consider Cold/Hot fusion if the bonus was better like adding cold damage reduced by 2% each lvl. now only +2% damage = just 4 focus.
The speed of the War Bot is good, got 3 +speed chaos embers and the spell Haste III + sometimes the short buff skill and overdrive skill.
@ Bloodlife : That's a good idea. Thanks for asking and I'll post it as the first answer in this Discussion as a recommended mod to fix that issue.

Power Source issue is being moved up in priority for us to look at.
We'll keep the cool-downs in mind.
Thanks for this round of feedback!
