Big shame this is unpublished. Most of the furry ones are either unpublished or aren't the best. This one looked like the best. I don't know why its been unpublished, but its mega sad.

I really had fun on this mod. Interestingly enough, all was going well, research was being slowed, then it mutated and got the "Dominance" trait and people in the Middle East and Africa started killing eachother until 350 million people were dead. I gues some things just don't change. :fhappy:
