I'll crack open the map with VIDE and repack the content loose. Should fix the issues.
FYI GCFScape is long since deprecated. I recommend using Crowbar, VIDE, or BSPSrc to extract/open/repack embedded content.
you can source shelldebris from source filmmaker, should be in "SourceFilmmaker\game\dod\materials\decals" or "SourceFilmmaker\game\left4dead2_dlc2\materials\decals". day of defeat and left 4 dead 2 probably have them in the vpk files, but these sfm ones are loose and i assume totally free
as for the buzzer and glass, it's a bit more complicated you need to use gcfscape and open the map's .bsp file with it (download the original map upload from gamebanana, unless you know how to extract gmod addons which is time consuming), then navigate to materials, then models, and drag over the "Von_Josch" and "glasklappe" folders to "\materials\models" in either your gmod install or your hl2 deathmatch install (the path may not exist by default, so you may have to make it. should be something like "garrysmod\materials\models")
I don't know what it's from either.
This doesn't require HL2
Consider yourself luck that GMod doesn't hard-require CS:S, HL2, EP1, & EP2 now like it did back in GMod 9.

What they need is faceoff style crossfire
1. There are bunkers on either side of the map max 2
2. two teams control a bunker and the only way to open your bunker is to find the key
3. Launch your nukes at each other whoever bunker launchers first, wins the match
note: to make it harder your required to find the launch codes in order to launch your nuke
4. For extra content either teams can infiltrate the other bunker and steal weapons, supplies
note: your also allowed to sabotage the other bunker's nuke launch
5.Etc anything else i missed
