um... excuse Pte Jack, since you made BB8 for a while, and I really like the way it looks, but I won't bother that much, I will only say just one tiny thing.
Can you make a Model of BB-9e? cause since I playing along with my friends on Star wars Battlefront 2,I always like to use the droids for fun, and I was hoping if you want an opportunity in the future to do one. well... let just say that I wanted to do artwork of BB-9e with me. why? because there's only a few images that i can find. so hope if you don't mind.

r4s also have coned heads and R5s have a real short cone head

and r3 is black and gold

there are transparent headed R3s

all R3 (Goldie) and R4 are, are different coloured R2 units. Which I think we took care of in this model.

R5 has a different dome for a head but I don't think I'll personally go there. At least not in the near future anyway.

I'll leave this link up for 1 week, if you miss it, you miss it. In the zip you'll find the 2 vtfs that make the blue droid. Extract the materials folder in it to your game workshop folder. Use a material override on the white paintable droid, and add a String attribute to the body and the head materials named $basetexture, then point those attributes to these textures. The rings will still be paintable. I was looking at creating a new paintable texture for the white, however it would take a complete redo on the model and I just don't want to go there after having 400+ subscribers.

As for the brightness, go into the vmts for the textures you think are to bright and adjust the environmental textures or turn them off altogether.

Bump was great until I had to tone down the textures to get this to upload. I'm almost out of space. Textures were 2048x2048 and I had to reduce them to 1024x1024. Oh well, one would think that stuff uploaded to a Workshop would affect your cloud space, but it does..

Cute! A little bit too bright in terms of colors but this is a gr8 job m8
