Completely forgot about Wrath of Sparta factions. Would you be willing to do those eventually as well? There's only two to do - Korinthos and the Boiotian League. The other two (Sparta and Athens) just need to have theirs replaced with yours from the GC.

I actually just added the three nomadic factions, and well, I guess it's finished. Maybe I'll try to improve some emblems.

Just played with them ingame after a long time - such an improvement over vanilla. I take it there are only 3 left (Royal Scythia, Massagatae, Roxolani), and then it's 100% finished?

I think your emblems look great and was wondering if you'd give permission to use some of them in a submod for Divide et Impera? With the proper credits given, of course!
