Nice mod. I find myself restarting until I get a map where I am in a cluster of systems with only one lane for the enemy to attack from.

Nice idea.

Any chance someone can make a mod where you have to get to the edge of the system to jump? Would be cool for a Mass Effect-themed game where you have to reach a relay and would also seriously limit those annoying times when entire fleets slip away from you.

This still works, despite the Stellaris launcher saying the mod is not compatible with 1.2.4

I mean not hardcoded, just a way to progam it to be that way, so there could be some stars that are VERY stragetically important.

Is there anyway to have a hardcoded ratio of stars with more then 3 hyperlanes? Like 1 out of every 100 stars would have 3-6 hyperlanes? As to create hyperlane hubs.

Very nice! Hyperlanes now better to play, but i hate it when i have a system direkt between my main Planets and must use the lane over 15 systems to arrive the taget ^^

This sounds like it might fit nicely with a Mass Effect themed game. The Mass Relay system is more choke-pointy (nice phrase) than the vanilla hyperlanes.

This is absolutely great! I love using it in my games since it creates strategic system chokepoints.

well, only really works if you restrict your game to hyperspace only, a wormhole or a sneaky warp fleet can overcome "chokepoints" quite easily

I haven't gotten around to putting a description up for it yet as I mostly made this as a personal experiment and uploaded to share with some friends. It tweaks hyperlane generation so systems are less connected and things are a bit more chokepointy.
