Apologies for the obvious poaching of subscribers but given the fact the author hasn't updated this mod since 22 Oct 2016, I think I can be forgiven on this occasion. :)

The mod will continue working as long as PD doesn't change the structure of the vanilla file.
It will even work when the launcher says it's outdated, this is due to the version supported being a seperate field, motivating content creators to update their workshop files on patches.
(As all it does is scare people from using the mod, it doesn't actually do anything except show you when the creator last worked on it, which you can see in the workshop already).
2) It swaps the negative impact of relative pwoer into a positive one. So the more powerfull you are in comparison to your vassals, the more they'll love you instead of hating / fearing you
And no I don't think they changed anything to Vassals. They still only help you in wars, don't give you any income. BUT with the Domination tradition you can gain 20% of their MAX Naval Capacity for yourself.
1) Is this 1.5.* (Banks update) compatible?
2) Does this mod make any noticable improvements?
After all these paradox updates i'm wondering if vassals make more sense now in vanilla, witought needing this mod.
Iisn't "broken", since it does exactly what it says it does. In the current patch (1.4.1) though, it's completely unnecessary: vanilla Stellaris already makes your vassals less happy with you as you become weaker relative to them. If I use this mod and delete my fleet, my vassals go from +24 happiness with me to +2,955; if I were using vanilla, they'd suddenly hate me when they were so much stronger than me and declare for independence.
