Theoretical question.
Is this even possible to make a mod that will add some random perks (or fixed perks) to unit when it reaches level 9.
For example
Imagine your basic swordsman with anti infatnry and resist fatigue perks after level 9
Or same swordsman with frenzy+unbrakable
Or it can add 1 defensive + 1 offensive perk randomly.
