When I played with this mod, it made Chaos get stuck around Kislev because they kept sacking instead of razing it.

I decided that I wanted to let Chaos (but only Chaos) off this leash, so I deleted the top line from the Culture_Settlement_Occupation_Options_Tables in this mod the line I deleted looks like this;
occupation_decision_sack 0 0 wh_occupation_decision_chaos wh_main_bundle_horde_raze 1 500 0 Sack||You do not occupy the settlement but instead steal wealth and damage buildings. All captives are killed.||[[img:icon_public_order]][[/img]]{{tr:public_order}} is reduced and the previous owners will like you a lot less. sack 100 1

Now Chaos rampages across the map again (as it should IMO)!

Hi. Could you make a version where AI prefers taking or sacking over razing (when same race or compatible settlement type) BUT still sacks when uncompatible (i.e when greenskins take over a human settlement, they should not sack it continuously for 10 turns, but simply raze it

- Gives the Woodelves, Chaos and Beastmen the Option to Sack Settlements, so that they dont go around razing the World.

Expect more Factions to live on and a less razed World.

So scratch that, it's actually still not working for me with no other mods installed, I just had a run of good luck when I tested it I guess. Does it work for you when you run it, Minos?

Interesting, I had no aggressive agents and defensive wood elves installed. I unsubscribed from both and this seems to be working now (I think). Both of those mods used to work just fine with this.

Anywho I'll tinker around with them and see if I can't make them all work together. Thanks!

It still doesn't seem to be working. I just started a new campaign as Von Carsteins, and right off the bat Vampire Counts (AI controlled) sent an army to Essen and razed it, rather than occupying it or sacking it.

That's what seems to be happening, factions of the same race are razing each other even when the option to occupy is there. Seems like almost a 50/50 chance if they choose raze or occupy.

Same experience as Harest, ai seems to be razing rather than sacking or occupying.

Howdy,

As of yesterday this mod seems to not be working properly? Yesterday was my first day playing TWW in about a month, it was working last I played but yesterday I logged in and factions were razing each other like crazy. Is it just me?

Look into this Mod with PFM and under cai_personality_occupation_decision_priorities_tables there are some Values for occupation_decision_liberate.
All set to highest Value 9999.

playing as WE i have the AI just spam sacking my outpost 3/4 times in a row and juts go out without occupy (if they can) ou razing

Can't edit comments but I just checked it in PFM and the table that decides priority for raze without occupy are identical to the ones in the base game.

Are you sure this does as advertised? I just started a dwarf campaign with this on and the AI sure seems to be razing just as often - if not more often.

Go into Assembly Kit to the "culture_settlement_occupation_options".
Delete the two Rows which contain "occupation_decision_raze_without_occupy" for chaos and all.
Save and be happy.

Hi Minos, was hoping you could help me out with a question. Is it possible to remove razing completely from the game? im trying to figure out how for the Chaos version of conquer anywhere mod, because playing as Chaos you cannot recolonize a razed settlement. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Yeah, I always found it weird that Norsca end up destroying the Empire more than Chaos.

Is there anyway you could make a mod that simply turns off Norscan factions ability to Raze settlements? They're supposed to be raiders, pillaging and looting, not a force leaving vast swathes of land uninhabited for ages — that should be Chaos's job, Norsca should just sack to make things easier for them.

Sorry, just in late game (Post-Chaos) as the Vampire Counts and I spend more time resettling Empire territories than fighting the actual Empire. It's tedious.

Thank you XD I ove tearing it down, but it gets frustrating wanting them to rebuild so I can do it again....Playing chaos, this is an AWESOME mod! Especcially for grinding! Have you worked with the character models? I am hoping someone adds more variety to the "looks" of heros and lords (mainly Chaos). It would also be awesome if someone modded sorcerers so they could mount Manticores and chariots in the chaos faction....In case your brainstorming over what to mod that no ones done XD Keep em coming :P
