The files in 48000hz sometimes sound scratchy/clicky as a result when played in-game (it's a paradox issue). They will sound fine out of game. You can read about it for Crusader Kings 2 here: https://ck2.paradoxwikis.com/Music_modding
It's a big ask, but any chance you could do a batch convert of the pack so they're all in 44100hz? (This also goes for Vol 2). There's 19 files in Vol 1 and 35 files in Vol 2 with the problem.
I believe the program Audacity can do batch conversion of multiple files so you don't have to do one by one, although I haven't tried it yet.
