There's nothing stopping you from starting with no other players in the lobby, which allows you to play in Single Player, I think another addon on the Workshop allows you to make the server completely private, so there's no concern of people on your friends list jumping in.

I've seen quite a few people questioning the whole "Grayed Out" problem, these are built ENTIRELY for Survival Mode, not Campaign Mode, so go to the Survival Mode option, choose Play With Friends & select it from there, host a Local Server & set it to Friends Only & you'll be able to play solo.

sorry if i sound super dumb but When I'm in that mode and I have the addon it's saying " None of the installed Addons support campain mode. how do you make it work so that I can go into the map? I don't get it.
