@XallZall When I made these there was not a way to expand the UI, no. It has been a while since I have modded in TTS though, so I am not very informed at the moment. I hope you find what you're looking for :)

Hey Indimeco, I am looking for something like this, so you might have the knowledge that I am seeking, is there any way to make the discription text longer?
Or scrollable?

@dzikakulka Cool, glad it could be of use!

Hey, just wanted to let you know that I have used your char width table (with credit of course) in my mod, source here: https://github.com/tjakubo2/TTS_xwing/
(its not yet on the master branch but should be soon)

Thanks!

This is the most magnificent mod.
I award you a medal.

Hey all, v8.2 broke the buttons on these notecards. I have done 2 things:

1) Updated the main workshop so that you all can grab new notecards with working buttons.
2) Created an "updater" platform that you can place your old (pre v8.2 patch) notecards into and forcefully update them so that you can keep whatever data was previously on them.

Cheers!

@Darkkar the one Yes, unfortunately I only have support for characters on the standard English keyboard. If someone really wanted to they could send me the data for the language they want by counting how many of each unique character can fit on a notecard line.

Im haveing an issue. Basically thos mod doesn't work with other

Glad to have helped! Using the new version in my mod now; will let you know if I find any more bugs!
Indimeco  [author] 8 Jul, 2016 @ 12:19am
Hello everyone. There is a new version available with multiple bug fixes. Please try it out and report any new errors that you find.
A special thank you to @Freaky Mutant Man whose mod supplied a notecard with critical bugs that led me to these fixes.

I started using this yesterday on my mod for an on-table changelog: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=439075792

It works fairly well, though with some issues, especially when trying to add text to an earlier page or shift text from one page to another (i.e. I write up 4 pages, then realize I need to add something to page 2): whenever I try to do that, the text always gets screwed up in some way; while nothing is lost, words will get thrown between paragraphs that are supposed to be well above them, spaces and line breaks get inserted where none existed before, and I generally have to spend some amount of time fixing it up. I initially wanted to keep a full changelog on the table, but I've now settled for the latest update only due to this.

Despite the issues, however, I am able to make it work and it serves my purposes well enough. Thanks for making this!

@Not A Cop Yes, unfortunately this mod only works with the characters on the standard English keyboard. If you open up the script you'll see a large table on about lines 52-73. This table holds all of the math values for every character. If I was going to include special characters I'd have to do the math for every single one and their number is extremely large :(. I am glad you are enjoying the mod, though! Thank you for the comment.
Kaiju Cuddlebug 30 Jun, 2016 @ 3:58pm
Minor bug: The notecards seem to bug out when using special characters, such as accented letters. The exact error message I'm getting is (Error calling Lua function scrollDown: chunk_1:(156,8-56): attempt to perform arithmetic on a nil value). The error pops up when I click to scroll with the character ô in the notecard description. Bug goes away when I remove the character. Having ô in the notecard title doesn't cause the bug. Unknown if other special characters cause the same bug.

You have no idea how useful this mod is. I've dobuled the table space behind my GM screen, created in-game character sheet for PCs, and started keeping all my notes inside TTS. You got me addicted to notecards, you fiend! How could you?
Indimeco  [author] 18 Jun, 2016 @ 5:21am
Just as a note to everyone: If you want to re-use a notecard that already has things on it you must clean out the entire thing, i.e., be able to scroll up and down and see nothing. I recommend always using a fresh card from either your chest or an infinite bag to avoid such problems. Thank you.

Seems great.
SlayHair 17 Jun, 2016 @ 7:10pm
This mod is a god send, but it seems to mess up when I switch back and forth from the seperate pages. I don't know what would cause this, but I hope you can fix this.
Indimeco  [author] 16 Jun, 2016 @ 3:46pm
Hello everyone, thank you for your kind words. I have added better looking buttons made by RolandoStar. Report any problems. Enjoy.
SlayHair 16 Jun, 2016 @ 11:44am
You are my fucking savior
darleth 12 Jun, 2016 @ 11:17pm
Great, thanks a lot.
Indimeco  [author] 12 Jun, 2016 @ 4:14pm
Haha. Berserk would probably be able to do a better job than I did as they probably have access to the text wrapping specifics of the generic notecard and I had to sort of reinvent the wheel there with less than optimal data. And no I would feel weird if you paid me :P
Almega 12 Jun, 2016 @ 2:02pm
Soo good. Finally I can store Hamlets Soliloquy and my 84 loincloths in the same place without worrying where the 2 bees end up. I hope Berzerk takes notice and incorporates this in a future update cause these make sense on every level. Would you accept payment in game codes?
iotech 12 Jun, 2016 @ 12:58pm
You are awesome! Thanks!
