you can use this in any server. It is only client sided though since it is a retexture. It is better than paying for a server side skin (MT)

To be honest, I looked into doing it, but the lights would stay blue and kind of throw off the design I wanted to do :/ I'm not sure I'll do a railgun for RWBY, maybe a miku one, but not sure.
