@Grizzly I see we have gotten alot of new model variants of all kind in vanilla throughout the last year. I was wondering if you have kept yourself updated on any additional general-models in v1.6.0, and if you've incorporated them into your mod?

Damn JUST what I was looking for.

It's pertty sad that heroes and generals, the guys with big portrait you'll stair a lot on the campaign map, have less variations than the basic unites.

Is this mod still alive? That update never seems to have been released. Chaos is a good choice. I just hope the other mod will start being able to work again.

I am using this mod at the moment and loving it. Think I might have found a bug- one of the dwarf generals is different in battle (even with this restricted version) its the one with a bald head and beard. He uses the Thane model in battle.

Also Empire already has 5 different generals, so this just replaces two of them, some people may prefer the helmets (knight helmet is nice) but I love my floppy hats.

Otherwise, great mod, thanks for your work on this.

Also, Is the 5 variant thing a hard-cap? I really need at least 7, is there any chance you or anyone else will be able to expand this number without a patch from CA or do I need to go bitch about it on tge official forums? :p

(Theres only so many twin brothers, and father-son combinations you can use to explain away the clones before immersion is broken)

I think that since your mod adds different looking characters they need new unit cards which match their new appereance, otherwise the game just uses the old unit cards. If I'm correct you'd need to make new ones just like you did for dwarfs and the empire.

Oh, something I might need to consider: I use the mod that resizes all leaders and lords of most humanoid factions. I guess there is a good change those two wont be compatible?

It would seem that the Generals DO indeed remain the same in and out of battle, buuuut, for some reason they do not seem to match the unit card - atleast for The Empire faction.

Also, I'm not sure if this is intended but at the moment I can't seem to get any of them without helmets. I am also running this with other mods - Radious, Radious Units, and Men of the Empire/No Floppy Hats, so I'm not sure if any of those are conflicting with it, but I didnt have this issue before and my assumption is if there was a compatibility issue the first mod to load would just override all of the others.

Either way, I love the idea of this mod!
