@Hirnsausen you ask this on every dead mod for wheels. check the time stamps on them before making comments, most of the wheels are dead mods that dont work or are abandoned.

Why not you add additional sizes to them, like 7x7, 10x10, 15x15?

Is it possible to scale up just the X and the Z axis, but keep the thickness of the wheel (Y) unchanged? And would such a re-scaling need a 3D editor, or can that be done by defining scaling values to the text file of a mod?

And there is one type of wheel that I want to suggest to you for a new mod. All regular wheels with a middle axis have necessarily a low ground clearance. There is a new type of wheel that was developed by NASA and is in discussion for planetary rovers. It has no middle axis but a mechanism along the upper area of the inner wheel frame that holds and propulses the wheel. Is there any way to have you look on a graphic that illustrates that mechanism?

this mod is totaly broken and seems to be abandoned.
wheels displaced, suspension not working, steering instantly to max amplitude and stays there (not centering). small bump they explode.

those wheels have a delay when you steer, they're way too quick, they also explode on ground, and they require enormous amounts of resources (both small and large grids require same amounts of resources, about 200-400 steel plates)

Reducing friction and power fixes the exploding issue. They explode because SE changed how much default power and friction the wheels have.

If you travel beyond 20m/s they explode, please fix, i love these wheels.

Love these wheels, but as a few have said before these are way too expensive to craft especially on small blocks. Also toss in another vote for 5x5 size.

Nice wheels. I do have the same problem that the wheels don't seem properly attached to the suspension. The height slider doesn't seem to work very well either.

Hey, tried using these, and they just don't work. I can place them and all but when I do they have no suspension and the wheel seems barely attached to the frame. Or, they'll just explode. Yay.

The name of your windows profile. Open up explorer and go to "My Computer" -> "C:" -> "Users". Inside the users folder you have at least a "Public" folder and another one with your windows profile name.

If You Cannot see Mod in the G menu when you have downloaded and have enabled it.Go To
( C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Mods ) and delete the mod { 715966762 } and redownload

Hey guys ...I think the explosions are the wheel collision mesh is sitting inside the wheel mount collision mesh ..Thats wy the wheels pop out upon reload....Same when pasting..After other mods are done ill spend a couple of days fixing bugs and making more sizes of models for this and other mods

Unfortunately no, clang still happens :( While constructing a vehicle all is fine but as soon as you load or copy/paste a vehicle with the wheels some of them explode.

@phunkMaz do you mean to say that the snap explosion upon pasting does not occur in dev branch?

Just a little note (Sorry, can't edit my comment below) : The wheels handle much much better in dev than in stable branch. Couldn't see any changes in dev change-log.

oh and you may want to assign them to a tab on the G menu

would also love to see 2x2, 4x4, 5x5 and maybe some other size wheels like duallys as well but thats more thought for the future
