Wow, that must be a pain to have to convert the characters like that. It makes it totally unreadable!

Yes, please if you have a Russian localization I'd love to include it here.
None of the named entities are changed so the localization should work as is, once it is updated to 1.17

I need to fix this mod. There was an issue with the upload version. It's on my to do list.

I also have the "missing localisation" problem, it appears on every popup and seems restricted to this mod (I compared it with the original Ruler Traits and that one works normally). I'm also playing in English so I cannot see anything wrong on my part. Do you need to have the original mod installed simultaneously?

Hi. Long time ago I did a Russian localization for the original mod Ruler Traits. But
obviously there was some error in files that`s why it does not work in mod. I could update the translation for your version of mod, and share it with you, so that you corrected the error. If you are interested in it of course.
