She's ready to be taken on a trip through the 4.x Empy universe.
I guess I have to add a ramp or something at the back.
- land the ship
- turn it off while in cockpit
- leave cockpit
- turn it on again by pressing "y"
-> energy drain should be minimized
I think this will do the trick. Just add 2 gears at the front and two more seperated widely at the back bottom. I'm waiting for retractable gears to "officialy" update the Kshatra.
Landing gear, it is very hard to land this ship on a planet without the ship using alot of fuel to stay still. Will it do the trick to add a small landing gear below or what do you think about this?
That's an option in the textures menu. Switch to "symbols" -> there u go!

EGS ist zur Zeit mein Favorit und ich bin ständig auf der Suche nach guten Tipps und Informationen rund um dieses Spiel. Bei dir bin ich fündig geworden und möchte mich für deine Mühe bedanken. Großartige unterhaltsame und mit fundierten Kenntnissen unterlegte Videos die Lust auf mehr machen.
Nun bin ich auch schon ein AS -siehe Baujahr im Namen- und habe mich bei YT nicht angemeldet ..... doch bei Steam bekommst du das Abbo. -Mach weiter so-TOP
Being inspiring is the best I could hope to accomplish.
I saved space for use later as the game progresses. Maybe there'll be shield generators or other stuff. The extra space in the wings is for potential hydraulics, for example.
But it's not just built for PvP - so I just included everything I thought might of interest. Just remove the things not important for you. I hope we get the hydraulics or something to move blocks around in the future. There's a retractable shield for the glass around the cockpit in my originial concept.
I see ship design for Empyrion as work in progress, because it's an alpha. So my designs are often a compromise between now and future maybe-possibilities.

That being said, I prefer designs like the kshatra to that of a hammerhead because I think it makes more sense in space combat - I reject the idea that long thin designs(that make up the body of works on the workshop) make any sense out of a fluidic medium, so if you want to disregard this challenge go for it. I look forward to seeing your next design.
