Jdizzle425, here are some things you can do to make sure it works:
1. Make sure you're subscribed to the mod.
2. When you open the Skyrim launcher, wait a minute so the mod(s) in your game can load.
3. When you open the Skyrim launcher, click on Data Files. Find this mod, and make sure the checkbox next to it under "Load" is checked.
If those options don't work, I'm afraid I don't know what I can do for you.
