nope, the issue is that with this mod you could before A14, vanilla changed the way terrain aoffordance worked and thats now very much not going to work and needs some thought to figure out, i dont have time at the moment to be working on that so i removed the broken element and building over water is no longer possible.

I'm a little confused. Someone below asked if this would build floors over water. Your answer made it sound like no, but then in your next post you changed something, but I'm not sure it's related or not. So, can I build dirt over swamp and water?

Updated, removed the affordance tweaks for sand and marsh i did, this seems ot have address the random switcheroo issue, i suspect a core issue but i dont have time to look inti it, removal is the simplest fix, it should make no difference to creating your own natural floors it was just to allow you to build on these natural terrains.

Terrain affordance was reworked for A14 and broke it, its now not possible.
