Just want to report that there is a typo on the reflex booster 5 stats, right now it gives no dodge as it gives 25 dodge to RB 6 that does not exists.

If enyonee wants to change it manualy, go on the config files and change

REFLEX_BOOSTER_6_DODGE_AMOUNT=25

To

REFLEX_BOOSTER_5_DODGE_AMOUNT=25

Question about the forcefield: Is there a reason it shows as ablative armor and not the red shield points like the Shieldbearers use? I know it's functionally no different, but visually it might look better.

i disagree with FrizzytheProlific. i'm perfectly fine with remembering to go into view soldiers, loadout and unequip utility items.

Instead of requiring the previous version of item it should be upgraded based on research or armor level so we dont have to go through our soldiers and unequip the items

when you purchase a level 1 item the level 2 item doesnt show up in green saying that you can purchase? Can you fix this please for cosmetics

Calling all modders

I have no idea if there's a legitimate resource to request mods, so I am infiltrating the threads of modders who appear to know their shit.

Long story short, I'm sick of → exploding cars ← and would like to mod them out! I'm told this would likely be an easy fix, but I know nothing about modding.

I know this has nothing to do with your item mod, and I apologize for intruding here ... but I thought hey, maybe you'd be willing. Can't hurt to ask?

Es ist vielleicht ungewöhnlich, aber ich habe an Dich eine besondere Anfrage bzw Bitte:

Besteht die Möglichkeit bei der Soldatenliste (Übersicht über verfügbare XCom-Trooper / Avanger/Waffenkammer) eine neue Sortier-Ebene einzufügen?
Bislang gibt es nur die Sortier-Optionen Name, Waffenklasse oder nach Erfahrung.

Eine "drag & drop"-Option ohne sonstige Bedingungen wäre traumhaft!

Kurze Rückmeldung wäre toll ( und sei es nur ein "ini.-Tipp" ), DANKE im Voraus!

Tigu, is there a maximum amount healed by Psi Focuser? If not, can you make one and expose it to the .ini file?

I love this mod.
I like that the items are ranked and that they require components of the previous ranks, however it's awkward having to unequip them.

I've also found a bug.
I had two soldiers with neural connectors. I unequipped both for upgrading. One was rank I and one was III. When I purchased connector II, both converted!
When I tried to cheese 2x connector III's, I was unable to recreate the bug.

I also did a bit of testing, seems your mod is causing a lot of performance issues on my machine. While it's not the greatest, it runs XCom2 pretty well, but if I turn on your mod, I get serious issues, not only laggy combat performance, also opening the build menu or the projects in the proving grounds menu takes forever. Same goes for when buying a squad upgrade, it takes a long time (20-30 seonds ) between the click and the actual upgrade to finish so I can click something else.

Oh on a side note, in combination with that alternate mission mod, getting the corpses is rather easy, as that mission gives you like 40-50 corpses in all, IF you survive ;)

Maybe tweak the reflex booster a bit, the bonus mobility is REALLY strong, That +5 extra mobility gives your soldiers the ability to run circles around pods and blow them to hell without breaking a sweat, or run from one side of the battlefield to the other.

Now, I'm also using grimy's loot mod, so yeah, this becomes especially true when you give a sidearm holster to your trooper ( -6/5/4 mobility but +1 action ), but the point is still valid, a soldier running from one end of the battlezone to the other is a little silly. Although useful on the defend resistance haven alternate mission from the more mission pack, as it allows your assault with CCS to run straight into the center of the reinforcement dropzones to either outright kill or soften up everything that lands.

I understand your objection regarding the meaning of Items, but if all items were PSC's, you could not perform the upgrades.
I want that the objects get better with time. As Inventoryitems you can unequip and upgrade whenever you want. A used PSC can't be removed and you can't upgrade it.

For the game you could also say that the items be connected on the psc instead of replacing the eyes or something like that ;)

I have changed the cost as follows:
Needed Supplies -40%, needed Corpses always 1

The total cost for Level 5 now is 225 Supplies and 5 Corpses.
Before they were 375 Supplies and 9 Corpses.

After testing it in my own campaign it feels like everything is a litte bit to expensive.
I will slightly reduce the costs in the next patch.

Can you post the bonuses? They would have to be quite impressive for the costs involved. Any tier 5 item is going to cost 375 supply and 9 corpses.
