I really like this mod and hope it gets updated to B19. I agree though, it would be cool if there was a mod option to change the timing of the age reversal to anything you may want.

Hey just thought I'd add another comment saying it'd be cool if it were possible to modify the rate at which colonists de-aged. Just making the de-aging rate in a .xml file rather than .dll so you could modify it would be great.

A really cool feature for this mod would be if it had an options menu, and you could tweak the regen time and nother settings. Really like this mod so far!

Hi @WhindGhost. I'm the *original* requestor of this mod. Thanks, just found it!! I'm stuck in A14 and am trying to compile the code you gave me then. Is there any way I could get 1) get a working A14 source [or as old as you can] and 2) the latest source??

Really enjoying the mod so far. I was wondering though, if there would be a way to add a slider bar in the mod settings or somthing to scale the rate of de-aging. I like that it's a time investment instead of just setting their age with something like the cosmetic mirror one, but to take someone from 70 to 20 would take 5 in game years, or over 80 real time hours ( or still over 26 if you were at 3X speed the entire time).

Sorry for the delay in getting this out, the mod has been updated and now includes messages to report when an age related affliction has been cured!

I've never thought to test this with animals, but theoretically it should work for all creatures including modded ones. As for the advanced version with notifications, I'll look into adding them with the next update

Just a helpful tip for anyone using this and worrying about their pawns getting too young: if you use the Numbers mod here on steam, you can go to colonists, prisoners, etc and "Add Other -> Age". This will still update their age as they get younger.

This mod reverses aging a lot faster than 10x. I had a colonist go from nearly 50 to 8 in 1 season. You might want to check into how it's reversing the age.

Unfortunately there isn't currently a way to see age while inside, luckily there are no side effects of simply taking somebody out to check on them and then putting them back in!
I might add in the colonist age next time the mod needs updating for version compatability if I'm not too busy.

I've updated the mod for 0.15 now, if you are willing to make a non-casket texture for the mod I'll happily put it in.
I'll have a quick look into how feasible it will be to add some form of insanity for prolonged use, the problem is that by default time flows so slowly that you will never see a colonist reverse anywhere near that number of years unless you dedicate years to playing the game yourself!

If possible, it would be cool if there was a chance that you could become insane from prolonged use or multiple uses (like the Goa'uld regeneration sarcophagus from stargate SG-1) or worse you gain a trait that makes you age faster outside of the cryptoRestore Caskets so you wait a year inside you come out 10 years younger, but after say like 250 or 500 years of collective use gives you a trait that now makes you age faster (faster then the casket can restore). So you can try to pro long your life... but at what cost...s...?

What exactly happens when their age goes negative? Does it take negative days or negative hours? Because my experiment is -7 hours alive.

I have fixed up the error messages you were seeing, they shouldn't be an issue anymore.
Also herr_dechse, that is indeed how it should work.
