It don't work, can't see the heal grenade and the viper autopsy is done but no showing of the grenade to craft

Already using the old Heal Grenade- The choice between items and the HOT function is what balances it, including the fact that it only heals. So if you want to do more you have to rely on the Specialist. Being cheap, it is also readily available.

This version does way too much. It makes it safer to risk soldiers. At the same time it's too expensive and requires late game tech. Vipers appear early in LW2 but the amount of corpses and supplies you get is lower. Late game if you NEED these you're probably throwing away soldiers or setting them up to get roasted on purpose.

I'll keep using the old ones which were more of a last resort third wheel early game.

I'd suggest fixing any issues with the old Heal Grenade and MAYBE leaving this as an addition instead of having to remove the old one. Perhaps you could split the 2 types so we get 1 which heals and 1 which removes effects, creating some form of choice.

really great mod!. Just my balancing info: on legendary the prize is too much imo. it should be something like 1 viper corpse and 50 supplies, for first tier.

Is there a way to rename the item? I think calling it a Heal Grenade sounds a bit strange and I'd like to change it to something else

So just out of curiousity, what would happen if I installed this mod and then uninstalled the old one (assuming that I didn't start up the game or anything)? I don't have the old one, but I'm just curious to know what would happen. Would it cause a folder/directory issue of some kind?

This is a nice bit of kit, but while it does heal in the field, my soldiers are still considered wounded after the mission, even if healed with the grenade. I guess it doesn't work with the "Make Heals Persistent" mod.

Because you say we need to uninstall it, but they you say it's comptable?

I looked at the source code of "Its Just a Spark" mod and I have no idea why it isn't work properly with HGU :( . May be @robojumper knows it better.

Only the author of "Make Heals Persist" mod can add support of HGU to his mod.

@Neon Oh it's compatible no problem. I wasn't clear enough though, What I meant was that it takes a couple extra lines of code (so I'm told) to allow your heals to be taken into account when Make Heals Persist or Just a Spark calculate if you have taken an injury or not. Without it, if I heal up to %100 with an HG I still come back wounded.

Reporting a bug - when Advanced Heal grenade becomes available to purchase, your old heal grenades are no longer useable. They show up to sell at the black market, but they simply cannot be equipped.

Really love this mod. Would like if you could add a toggle, where the 1st tier grenade heals for 1-2 at random. As of right now it's a little on the overpowered side.

@shadow79 I changed the mod. Now the heal grenade require the Viper Autopsy and the advanced heal grenade require the Plasma Grenade project.

Like the idea of allot can do but maybe you should make this an advanced heal grenade that needs to be researched to upgrade the heal grenade to this new version. Sort of how we upgrade the med kit to the nano med kit with the Viper autopsy. Really like this new heal grenade just feel it's kind of easy mod to be able to have the ability of a nano med kit in a grenade I can launch across the map and all for free.
