@DracoZaroff Not sure what may be up with that havn't configured dedi servers for the game before, if ya end up finding the solution though feel to let me know to help anyone else in the future.

Not sure anything can be done about it but when I try to use the argonian race on my dedicated server, the server says that the race is unknown. I have this mod installed on both the server and client so I'm not sure where the problem might be.

@Rush141 They are soft-requirements only for the codex tab to work properly. Otherwise the mod functions fine without it.

It does not. It does have some long settler and bandit spawns that are Argonian though.

@justmoe I'm not actively working on any armor designs myself, but if you've got any work done yourself though I'd totally be up for taking a look though and potentially welcoming it into the mod. Or at the very least linking to and supporting your own published sub-mod if that may be a better route.

Unfortunately I'm not familiar enough with Frakin mods to be able to give you an answer on that. You may have to use their support community for that one.

I have Frackin' Universe installed which comes wwith Frackin' Races now. Would I need to enable that trait through the console somehow? If so, how would I lessen the normal breath time?

@Athrizel Not actively for any new features, but I'm around to fix it if an update breaks it.

@Borko, Frakin races offers that I believe. If you don't want to get into the whole Frakin ecosystem, I believe another mod called Race Traits also offers waterbreathing. For the Codex, if it looks bugged out then please install the Many Tabs mods, otherwise it's normal for it to not be in alphabetically placed.

Would it be possible to make the race actually breathe underwater/not have breath meter deplete in water, but still lose oxygen normally in space and what-not? Also I think it would be cool if the ship A.I was a tree like the Hist. Maybe a spriggan?

Oh, the Argonian ship is currently just the Floran ship, only change being the tech station that spawns the lizard pet instead of the Floran snake. So should just be able to use the Floran BYOS systems in that case.

Ah yeah I saw this, I just meant for the Argonian starting ship to show up as a ship in the BYOS menu under the races like the other races have (Avian, apex, etc). I think I kinda misinterpreted how the BYOS function works tho so it doesn't really matter

I like the look of the Argonian ship, but unfortunately it can't be used with FU's BYOS function. Would it be possible to make the ship compatible?

@Just Wyvern Don't personally use FU, so can't comment much on exact compatibility. But normally any hirable Argonian you meet is added to the game using the regular old vanilla tenant system, it's pretty much just a vanilla NPC that happens to be argonian, so I don't think anything on my part should be breaking anything. Not sure how the science outpost populates it's NPCs though, if it uses something other than tenant pools, not sure what type of argonian NPC would be showing up there if they are.

If there is a problem, may be a wider issue of FU's compatibility with custom races. May have more luck asking around in FU communities if anyones running into similar issues.

@Grimmers Is this mod functional with the hireable FU crew? I recently hired one through the science outpost and any time they are on planet they are constantly teleporting back to me.

@Oмεяυıп Sounds awesome, good to see another mod for that besides frackin'.

And yeah looks like you got all the argo staples of poison resist and the water advantages. I expect you'll have a much better sense for exact value balance than me having setup all the other races too. So yeah, feel free to put me down as supportive.

I occasionally get requests for race traits from people who don't want to plunge into frackin, I'll definitely throw em your way if I get another.

I've already given your race stats for my Race Traits mod, but I saw that you're still an active author, so I wanted to personally ask you instead.
If you look at the Race Trait mod's description, it'll have stats for the Argonians already via the Stat Sheet Google Sheets link that you can check out online.

Alright, small update issued to correct codex issue. Many Tabs is now a soft-requirement for the mod for those wishing to use the Argonian codex tab. Was hoping to avoid this as I'd like vanilla users to be able to enjoy the glorious saxhleel literature too, but unfortunately the vanilla codex menu is too difficult to mod to feasibly support it.

Vanilla users should no longer have a broken codex, and previous vanilla + Extended GUI users should simply add Many Tabs to your modlist, it's still compatible with ExGUI.

I think I've found the issue. I accidentally built a reliance upon the extended gui mod for my codex modifications, I swear I tested for that before but apparently not. For now please either install both Many Tabs mods and/or Extended GUI and it should fix the issue. Pretty much you just need v6's codex graphics which either mod provides.

I'm using FU and a couple of FU compatible custom races. I tried to uninstall and reinstall all of them and unfortunately only this mod breaks it while others are ok together. Maybe one of the race mod conflicts this one.

@paleronsa It appears to still be working perfectly for me with both the vanilla and many tabs configurations.

Do you have any other race mods that add a custom codex? If so you'll want to sub to the many tabs mods by v6 as it allows compatibility. Also please ensure you're either on the latest version or have unsubscribed from the argonian race redux supplemental mod, as you may have old codex files in that from before I removed them. Additionally, if you're running any custom UI mods that affect the codex screen, it may unfortunately be incompatible with how I and many tabs edit the vanilla files.
