Each has an advantage, a demo would be better for a level thats broken by a particular move or trick jump or, while the save is better for portal placement issues and either of them are good for 'i got stuck here' type stuff depending on how complex the puzzle is.
Step 1 - open the console
Step 2 - type in the following command "save <insert unique save file name here>"
Step 3 - do a find files by filename inside your steamapps/common/portal 2 folder for the unique save file name
Step 4 - Save to the internet however you want to save the file.
Step 5 - Link :D
If i tried to mitigate the effects of these types of 'speed run' glitches, I suspect it would take me several hours on every level i built
Also you spotted something I didint. V2 is on the way within the next 10 minutes... the exit area was supposed to have deadly goo... i must have completely forgot to put it in during my excitement at how pleased i was with the little light bridge elevator trick part right at the end.
Leaving the deadly goo out is a trick ive developed to help speed up prototyping, seems i forgot one of my pre publish steps this time.
