Guys I found a fix to the sounds working properly that works at least for me:
You have to delete the (insurgents snd chace file NOT original .vpk file) from steamapps\workshop\content\222880\757458080

The mod is broken, earape high pitch sound right insude your ear is continuous and on some servers it's just either high or lo pitch sound.

I can hear them when they yell Allahu Akbar, but I have another mod that makes them say it when they are throwing a grenade among other things.

I wish you could make it to where when you're security forces you can hear them yelling "Allahu akbar" because that is how it should be.

I have found a problem, when a bot throw a grenade, a long speech come from the grenade without a bot... to fix
And bots speek too high, not realist (for long speech)

During the attacks, we can feel the fear in his voice
