Currently that is not possible, since they have updated the way files are handled / encrypted. Therefore when extracting files, a lot of them are missed or incorrectly extracted.

is it possible for you to update this pack to include all the new cannon sounds from the current version of war thunder?

Sadly the loops are too, however theres a lot of normal sounds, they are included as someone might find a use for them. Since due to how War Thunder uses a different way of playing sounds the loops are not playable in a easy way in gmod, sady.

Thats the thing, they are meant to be used solely as a loop, the exception are the cranks. Normally with any sound if you stack them, it will be really loud. If you are using a E2 try adjust the pitch or volume based on the turret/whatever rotation speed.

For example:

LocalVel=entity():toLocal(Gun:angles()):yaw()
soundPitch(1,(abs($LocalVel)>0.3)*150)

On your sound sound browser(Acf/Wire) acf_wtguns, you should find them there.
