I love the idea of this mod. The only (minor) issue is that the text projects upside down, and all of the directional translations are from a different orientation than the projector's correct up/front orientation. In this shot, the text translation is up 5 and left 5, but the text is displaying down and back. https://imgur.com/RToE7ZD

The projector's 'down' is the face that has the 4 bracket/notches, and the 'front' is the face with the 2 bracket/notches. This makes it difficult to correctly position the text when basing it off the projector's orientation.

nvm, I see that opacity is set by the alpha channel in (r,g,b,a). So I guess my question is, is it possible to have a higher opacity than 255. Such that the text appears as solid letters

Ah I see, it was in the video. Thanks. Another question, is it possible to modify the opacity of the projected text? For example, is it possible to make it fully opaque, like a solid block of text.

The reason I'm asking is because if I project the text infront of a grid made of several colors, the text color mixes with the grid color and gives an uneven look

API has been localized so this now supports all characters. In addition the font texture has been cleaned up (Thanks midspace). Everything should look nicer.

Any modded projector also automatically gets the functionality in this mod. So go ahead and mod one or get a modder to make one :)

I tested this mod and its simply amazing.
One thing I noticed now that I want projectors everywhere, we need smaller projectors!
Maybe you could add some small projector, like a small ball placed like the walllights. Or make a modded walllight, that functions as a projector at the same time or add that funtionality to the default walllight?

@DraygoKorvan, how about Digi's "Helmet mod"? You may use like it draw interface, but just use your HUD to draw, rather than helmet itself.

Cant, sadly projectors are one of the items that i cant seem to write custom gui controls for.

Still need to store the data there though.

Hm, first time I think you use Programmable block to rotate text, but you use rotors :D

There are artifacts in the letters when you are close to them. They will be cleaned up eventually but that takes a lot of time and effort to clean out the artifiacts in roughly 200 files.
