Shame about the halberd models. The modding tools don't let you resize them? I suppose you could maybe use the Bretonnian halberd models, although you're right that the Orc ones do look more cruel and aged, like the normal/greatweapon grave guards.
One, if you zoom in then the polearms look almost comically oversized for the Grave Guard. I'm not quite sure what it is, but they seem... fat, I guess.
Second, the stats, while good, don't /feel/ like a halberd unit. Most halberd units have a relatively high melee defence to go with their defensive nature, but a mediocre melee attack that becomes great when the anti-large bonus applies. These are just... Average, I guess, at both.
I won't take Cataphs lance formation as I never liked to have that ability to begin with, cool idea but nah. I like passive traits and attributes than actives :P
In lore, ressurected corpses cant use bows or such.

There's no ability called Lance formation, What do you mean with Combat? No Undead breaks in this game. Etherial? No that doesn't make any sense, they're not ghosts. all undead untis causes fear.

They will be cavalry. Because grail knights are cavalry and thus Black grail knights will aswell.

Knights of the black grail- cav and foot - I am not sure what will make them superb -terror, regen, and maybe aura of the black grail or sth fancy like that

If you announce it as 7th edition, you could do the Chosen Knights of Chaos. People were REALLY pissed when these guys, who have been with chaos since 3rd edition, were not included in the 8th edition books. Giving them a comeback would make MANY people happy.
If you want to do a cool monster, (I may have mentioned this before...) They TOTALLY screwed up on spawn, and people have pointed this out in many forums. Spawn should be 1 model. Large, mindless rage monster that looks silly in a squad haha! If you wanted to reskin one, and make it bigger, they have 4 different spawn no one has done...-Cont-

For Empire I'm thinking of something of the lines of Knights of the Blazing Sun. Like another Knightly Order unit.
I got a couple of Beastmen units to go for. I will also try to recolor the armor to make custom textures this time. I'm thinking of Khorngors (Mainly because another mod made Pestigors).
