yeah because after a certain level you'd have more skillpoints than possible

so does this mod stay locked at 2 skill points at every level? i dont understand your last update sentence. it says "stops gaining any more" after a certain rank? so does that literally mean after rank 10 for example you will get 0 skill points?

can u remove level skill point gain stop. I have a lvl 10 agent that has used only 10 skill points. At first there was 2 skill points per level and then after lvl 5, 0 points. I would like it to give me 20 points per all levels combined.

this is only for the player and the AI does not receive this bonus?
