Unfortunately I don't even know how to start there... It's a shame

It's a lot tougher to do them lengthways due to portal funneling, if you disable portal funneling it could possibly be done

Thanks Shane.. That was the only way I could figure to do it, I tried that but with portal lengthways as opposed to edgeways with no success. Very good.

You have to use a jump boosting mechanic, the video I posted shows you how to do it

I'm not sure I solved the third chamber correctly.. I couldn't figure how to get enough momentum from the panels that were there.. in the end, I jumped from the ledge just in front of the barrier from level 2 . Curious as to the intended solution.

First chamber the ball to cube switch is nice. Second chamber, when i realised you had made a button to switch off the force field, i felt like it was the same but with a force field to make it look harder. I actully spend 3-5 minutes wondering how the hell to get the bridge with me because of the force field :D But second chamber is harder for people who didnt try it before change so thats good. Third chamber was the same.

Nice fixes and changes, the map became better and harder :)

Yeah I made no edits to the third chamber. I mainly changed the first one for 3 reasons:

Firstly, removal of the orange gel was an obvious move, the method yourself and Toothless had of solving the puzzle was actually far more interesting to me so I decided to incorporate it

The change from ball to cube was for playability reasons. I found that losing control of the ball was a bit too easy and it added unnecessary complication with no real additional benefit to the quality of the puzzle so rather than frustrate players I just opted to change it as it was not a big deal

And thirdly the less obvious change was that I pushed the wall next to the cube spawner back one block, my intended solution was for the player to shoot blue gel onto the platform to bounce back onto the walkway, but the original design's proximity to the walkway negated that part of the challenge

I tried to make the map a bit better without changing the nature of the puzzles too heavily, I'm glad you still enjoyed it.

Personally I liked the map the way it was - but in saying that - the first chamber I solved in the same way except with a cube instead of a sphere - second chamber was more challenging and I like the change - third chamber was still the same - and I still love the infini-fling to push the buttons - but overall I like the map now just as much. Thanks!

Made a couple of changes to the first chamber, also altered the second a fair bit. Second chamber should be a bit more challenging now.

I mainly used the laser opening the door trick as a diversion, my main reason for using it was to destroy the turret[/quote]

I figured the final room was a touch easy and just wanted to put something a bit more fin in there. If one of you would send me a message or spoiler tag what exploit you used to pass the orange gel I'd appreciate it, as if there's a more clever way to solve that chamber I may as well just completely remove it.

In the first room i did not use the orange goo as portalized also skipped. I did not use the jumping thing in room 2 and the laser in the last room was only used for opening door, so that one u did not have to make, unless you like opening doors with laser :) So a few things to fix else it was good, maybe a little easy.

That would be helpful, it may just be that you have found another more interesting solution.

Just played it again - I still did not need the orange goo - I can send a message and let you know what I'm doing. Thanks! Still love it though.

On second thoughts, I figured out where I goofed. Would you mind having another play to check of the exploit is now gone? Also, thanks I'm glad you enjoyed it!

In that case you may have found an exploit, would you mind sending me a message to tell me what you did in the first room?

This was a very interesting map - jumps and flings were tight - my favorite part was portal flinging to press the two buttons - I did not use the orange goo at all however, only the blue in the first room. But used all other elements - very nicely done - thanks for making!
