@Haradrim: Your work is fantastic! May I ask how you export & edit dds file? I found a PSD file when I check your mod pack within PFM.
I try modify the map of gorebeast chariot into Empire style. However when I try to open the diffuse & specular dds files within paint.net , it give me the Msg said:"There was an error while open the file". If I open them within Photoshop CC 2015, it only show a pure black image.....(I installed nvidia dds plugin for PS).
Need your help :steamfacepalm:

hey haradrim, i saw u updated the rest of tomp of the kings army, but chariots and priests arent yet.. are u gonna update em? i really love this mod and i cnt open my campaing due to this. anyways hope u r doing well, keep up the good work!!:steamhappy:

i cant wait for this to be a real faction for this mod and when hopfully CA make a real tomb kings faction but still keep up the good work and take your time

@gongoozler I'm probably going to revisit this mod because it's a important unit for the tomb kings and I want it to fit in, so the answer is yes.

@Rick Rhymes It's only in the vampire counts roster for testing purpose. I'm working on a faction mod called the tomb kings. I'm releasing every single tomb king unit to the vc roster to see if people like the unit and to see if they are balanced.

@Xenos, it's lore-friendly though, just not from the VC army roster but from the Tomb Kings.

@Überguy True that, the chariot looks way too heavy to be a tomb king chariot in my opinion. The other chariot models wouldn't be convincing enough either. So w'll just have to wait until they get officially released.

@JetXGorillaHyperForceGo Nope, changed all destroyed ( and destruct ) references to my chariot with the custom textures. The animations are not bound to the chariot either, because my skeletons would look really weird if the animations were those of the chaos chariot. I used animations of other factions instead. Thanks for your help though I willl double check my refs ;p.

Your Chaos Chariot bug is because the game is still referencing the Chaos Chariot warmachine in its "broken" state. Your no-archers issue is because the chariot doesn't support the animation. You would have to use a Goblin Chariot base for that, but then you'd lose the animations for melee
