Cool ~ here's another update - only hover doesn't work for heroes (doesn't light up) but when selected then the white glow appears.

The problem is in campaign map. In battle the highlight works for heroes. And works on campaign if hero isn't embedded.

Great idea for the mod as the white against black makes it so much clearer to see selected units! However I found a problem where it doesn't work with embedded heroes in an army.

Thisis a must for me playing SFO and no matter what updates it works. even the new Norsca game sadley with out SFO but not for long works. I am color blind and this helps me a lot.

Hi thanks :). Yeah this only changes overlay pics, so custom unit cards would be unaffected. I'll add that to the description.

Hey buddy, thanks for the mod. I was wondering if this replaces the complete picture file or if the glow is just an overlay. In case I'll install cutsom unit cards that overwrite the defualt ones, would this mod overwrite them again (or vice versa).?

I am colour blind and your mod has done wonders for me, now when i select units the unit card really stands out.During a hectic battle this helps no end other wise i was taking to much time to see suttle differances in colored backgrounds due to my colour blindness.

Great! I've been waiting for this type of Mod.

Finally got it to worked, it seems that if Steam isn't run as admin, the mod are "outdated" for the game in the launcher :/ Don't worry, seems it affect every mod out there, at least all those I took so far

Got steam back up a running. I am using this mod subject to Mr ECM recomending it in his mod collection with Lorhammer. Loving it, i am colour blind and the unit cards stand out awesome and the best featuer is when you selcect a unit the white glow at the bottom of the cards really stand out at a quick glance. Mods that only replace graphics like this one cannot cause crashes, only database mods can do that. It works at my end and it can't be outdated yet since there hasn't been a game patch since I posted this.

If people think this mod is a bit ugly fair enough but maybe post a constructive comment rather than just disliking which does nothing, this is a WIP and I can easily make little changes very quickly. I'm thinking of changing the gradient at the bottom, I think it looks too overdone atm.

if it isnt loading it would probably be another mod messing with it, like i cant have the radious mods and then use a different mod by someone else the game breaks

My fualt my dum thing i did but this would not even luanch the TW luancher so in my haste to get the game working i thought . Ok lets reinstall steam maybe the luancher is stuffed.
I had a few wines by then and by mistake unistalled steam shit lost all of 110 games installed.now redownloading my warhammer shezzzzz.

I wanted to give this one a try but my TW launcher isn't even loading it at all, and it said it's outdated :/

at last, this has been driving me nuts for months :)

There are mods that enable it. I haven't got round to trying it out yet though.
